Falkonator
A lot of people on this board complain and cry that we are not a dominant team, and that will ultimately lead to us losing in the playoffs, even the media says we are not dominate and we will lose. While others believe we dont need to be dominate to win it all(i agree) just get hot at the right timemy question to whoever feels free to answer is, when was the last time the SUPERBOWL winner was a team that clearly was dominant in the regular season?not a team who got hot at the right time
ditchdoc57
and most of those so called dominant teams can watch us on tv in the play offs.

I really don't care that we aren't dominant. I'm just asking and hoping for higher redzone efficiency during playoffs. We've been settling for too many FGs lately with all these great drives and opportunities only to not punch it in. This lack of redzone execution will bite us in the playoffs
kane#7
You play to win the game.Nothing else matters.
JulioisCoolio
GB was dominant last year. How'd that end up?
freefall
Define dominant. Is it dominant offense and defense? Might have to go back to them 14-2 Patriots teams.
wilco
This is the NFL, it's not collage. You just don't go out and dominate teams. But yes, we are leaving too much on the field. The dive before the half, we should have scored a TD - HD was wide open on that crossing pass play to Julio.
Falkonator
so no one can answer the question? Dominate as in they blew out just about everyone
MilleniumFalcon
GB was dominant last year. How'd that end up?Their offense was dominant but their defense gave up the most yards in NFL history.

Trufant Island
ive never seen the media cry for a team to be dominate the way they have been this season with us. 10-1 with close wins isnt good enough for them, but it has been in the past. we are held to a double standard
Sleepy27
GB was dominant last year. How'd that end up?we were garbage last year. How'd that end up?
DonDaLuvMaker
GB was dominant last year. How'd that end up?Yep and the Giants were not a dominant team last season and they are now defending champs.
Sleepy27
so no one can answer the question? Dominate as in they blew out just about everyoneI'll play even though it's a dumb question. You see, friend In my opinion nobody on the board is asking or even expecting dominate performances every game. But here is the problem we aren't having dominate performances hardly any games, pretty much all of our games are close even to the lowly teams of the Nfl, and I think most are baffled when we aren't dominating considering the talent we have on the team. falcons007
Score TD when you go to Red zone. Falcons are hardly punting the ball but not punching it in to end zone. There is no one dominating team in the NFL and it is changing week to week.

If we can increase our efficiency in this area, skys the limit. I dont care about style points. I just ask that we finish these drives once we reach the redzone
DonDaLuvMaker
The Falcons don't need to be dominant, just good enough to go all the way and win it all.
Peyton
I think there are board members that would rather have a 6-5 record with 6 blowout wins than be where the team is at 10-1.
