ChickenBiscuit
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000094857/article/nnamdi-asomugha-of-philadelphia-eagles-could-be-cutWould anyone be interested in picking him up? He's had an off-year, but I'd be curious to see what Nolan and the rest of the DBs can do to help this guy. He could be depth at the very least.I know it won't happen, but I'm just speculating possibilities.

Aftermath
hes had a few off years, dude had one good year and people quit throwing to him and his rep just got out of hand.
PokerSteve
He definitely didn't look like a stud on that long sideline TD pass to JJ and he's probably going to want way more money than we'd be willing or able to pay him.
DonOfThemBirds
Nnamdi is still a very good corner but he is not the dominant corner that everyone thought he was without Al Davis' press bump and run scheme. Nolan runs zone and off-man often, which Nnamdi is not good at. Edited November 15, 2012 by DawnOfThemBirds
Faithful Falcon
Willing to give him a try.
Dem Birds
He and Asante don't work on the same team. Asante plays off in zone and Nnamdi is a press man corner.
Dharma Initiative
Dunno, he seemed fine out of the spotlight in Oakland but he's been pretty bad for 2 years in Philly
phattywankenobi
Does he get beat in press coverage because I'm tired of seeing Dunta give 10+ yd cushions well past the first down marker? His 9 pdfs are better than any Falcon at this point.
Numbaz
Nnamdi was an elite corner in the weak @zz Afc West and an average(being nice) corner in the NFC.Overrated. If we still had Grimes, he would be our 4th best corner.

He is the definition of overrated.
NateDogg1215
Good pick up if cheap. I know Dunta's contract is crazy next year anyone know the numbers?
xskyx
I think Nnamdi is overhyped.. And you people always hating on Dunta.. He's one of my favorite defensive players. Oh well, to each their own.
AtlanticFit
No. We need to develop the talent we have. Look at Mclain. Talk about a diamond in the rough!
krammmit
Nnamdi Asomugha is STILL a stud. I refuse to believe other wise. I have seen this guy shut down cbs as well as Revis. This guy is good no doubt about it. The question is whether he is serious about football or if he is still trying to get into movies. NateDogg1215
You guys that think that Nnamdi sucks are the same people who think Eli Manning is not a good QB anymore. SMH

nomak
Dunno, he seemed fine out of the spotlight in Oakland but he's been pretty bad for 2 years in PhillyHe only appeared to dominate because he was in the AFC west. Most cb would look like a stud cb in that division. When he had to play in the NFC north he has been exposed for the fraud he is.

Tribal Chief
Nnamdi is overrated. Only worth 2 a year
youngbloodz
Aso was a monster in Oakland. He shut down every big name receiver when he was out there. That's why lots of ppl thought he, not Revis, was the best corner. And the AFCW plays other divisions. So that's a weak argument. He has never had great recovery speed. He hasn't done anything in Philly.
maddmatt2
Even at a reduced pay rate, I say pass. Saw the man absolutely jogging on film while his team was scored on during a long run. We need fire, effort, tenacity in tackling. No more loafers..........
