Dominique is Manufique Posted November 13, 2012 Share Posted November 13, 2012 (edited) The 1.23 mil is base salary this year that atl is trying to dump. Atl is on the hook for all the guaranteed money remaining on ray's contract which sums to 3m which will all be assessed on the 2013 cap.
