I like the feel of it. I might change a couple of things...

Go back over the player with the pen tool so you don't get those little spots from the layer styles around the edges.

I'd think about making the composition a little more exciting. It's kinda two sided. Player on the left and logo/name on the right....maybe try mixing them together a little more.

Kill that lens flare. You gotta be real careful with those.

The spots on the cut are meant to be there, I kinda tried to make it a grunge look, but I may have failed, I tried using the pen tool, but I need more practice with it first.

I like the right side of the wallpaper, left side could use a lot of work.

Plain black background.

Random lens flare

random green dots

I like the brush you used near the logo. My suggestion is that you make the brush flow better with the logo. It looks very sparratic, make it blend with the logo as if they are one with the background.
