Izo#2883
You could watch the Falcons play offense, and forsee if it was a run or pass? I lost that ability Feels alot like 2008 again, only this time Matt Ryan has seen most of what DC's Can throw at him.We are gonna rise up. coupey
i can look at our offense and see were going to pass bc we pass the ball like 85% of the time.
pzummo
i can look at our offense and see were going to pass bc we pass the ball like 85% of the time.Yes, but how often can you predict who we're passing to and what route they're going to run? falcons007
Yes, but how often can you predict who we're passing to and what route they're going to run?MM is still calling those dumb curl routes for his WR to run in Jacksonville. Last game was hilarious the Defenders were just sitting on the routes. Edited October 13, 2012 by falcons007
Carl927
Mularkey was ridiculously predictable. The only unknown was whether Turner would follow a Tackle or a Guard up the middle.

FalconFanSince1970
i can look at our offense and see were going to pass bc we pass the ball like 85% of the time.This. We went from a 58/42 pass run ratio to over a 60/40 pass happy predictable offense.
Izo#2883
This. We went from a 58/42 pass run ratio to over a 60/40 pass happy predictable offense.I take it you lean more to the closest balanced of the two?
FalconFanSince1970
I take it you lean more to the closest balanced of the two?I thought we were too pass happy last year. We are going in the wrong direction IMO. So yeah I would prefer something closer to 55/45.
Dominique is Manufique
Redskins had a solid run d. We passed more. I think atl will call whatever play run or pass to move the chains and score. They will take the path of least resistance depending upper their opponent. They will run when they have to and throw when they have to. I don't see any problem with play calling so far. Tandy
i can look at our offense and see were going to pass bc we pass the ball like 85% of the time.59% passing compared to 55% last year, but yeah - except 2009 where our feature back was injured much of the season which resulted in more pass plays than planned, the trend has been to increase our passing plays each year.2008 = 43% passing2009 = 54% passing2010 = 53% passing2011 = 55% passing2012 = 59% passing
Abe
That's what happens when you have a quarterback that's taking the next step and you have the players around him to execute said plan.
