Xfactor
I've been hard on Robinson in the past but he balled yesterday and played one **** of a game. I can honestly say he is earning his money this year and we can thank Samuel for that bringing over an attitude and swagger that has been missing from this secondary. Gotta give props to TD for getting Asante a brilliant move that is paying off. While I'm spreading the love Weatherspoon is the true Captain of this D and their play is feeding off of him. I watched him directing the D yesterday and was very impressed keeping the guys focused and in posistion. His no quit attitude is paying off case in point Babs saving that TD 15 yards down the field made me smile.Nolan another great hire where have you been all of my Falcon life. I would like to see more of the D you ran against Denver that was a masterful performance.Again great game Robinson keep it up. NateDogg1215
Great topic! Dunta has been playing great, he is supurb on running plays as well.
Ethos
Great topic! Dunta has been playing great, he is supurb on running plays as well.I was surprised by that. He usually has been one to whiff tackles but he was great in run support.
Magic Man
D-Rob is a beast in this defense. It's great to see.
I love Julio
His play has definitely been raised to a new dimension! Nolan and that Asante Samuel attitude are really turning our defense around!
dirtybirdz10984
another player that most should be eating crow on. same story as Decoud. Good player wrong system. further proof BVG was a complete moron. LONG LIVE NOLAN!
Peyton
another player that most should be eating crow on. same story as Decoud. Good player wrong system. further proof BVG was a complete moron. LONG LIVE NOLAN!I've been hard on the guy in the past, and he is playing great now, acknowledged. But...it's funny that the guy is doing his best work in zone when people were always talking about how he is a bump and run guy.He is a zone guy...he's just playing better in Nolan's zone scheme than he did in the previous scheme. pzummo
He's been outstanding the past two weeks. He did a good job on Steve Smith last week causing that fumble and getting his head early. This week he was lights out. Props!
ProudFalcFan
BIG props too to the O-line. Huge improvement after the Carolina game. 52 pass attempts and only 1 sack and very few QB hits or hurries despite the fact that Matt was going through LOTS of reads and progressions. ltstorm2
Robinson.... Salute.... you've made me a believer in you. He absolutely crushed RGIII yesterday, Griffin was lucky that Babineux was there to soften the blow.
Dr Long Shot
Outside of Weatherspoon and Nic, who has hit harder more often than Dunta this year? Haven't seen him get torched either. That's what we paid for
NJDirtyBird7
Not gonna lie, when I heard that grimes was out for the season and we had to play robinson, I thought we were going to get torched on his side of the field. He has stepped up this year. He looks much better in coverage and still hits harder than most CB's in the league.
Dominique is Manufique
Robinson's role on this defense is due to asante's presence allowing him to slide inside and expand his role. You don't know if he's blitzing or bump and running the slot or dropping into zone. He is everywhere and at the right time.
