YoungHeezy
...has been our best o-lineman so far. Maybe his injuries were REALLY bad...but dude has looked like a completely different player. He's even run blocking better. Salute to Sam for getting himself healthy...and kudos to the coaching staff for keeping him motivated. paulitik
Whatever evil spirit possessed Baker the last few years has been exorcised and possessed Tyson Clabo.

FalconFanSince1970
SackMaker's first couple games were outstanding. His last two were shaky. He gave up two sacks a hit and four pressures in those two.

falcons007
Sam Baker and also Garret Reynolds. GR is yet to give up a hit or a sack and he has the least whiffed blocks or QB pressures on Ryan. If only Clabo can step up.

Of course, they are left solo more than he is I'm sure.

VonRyansExpress
Left tackle is the toughest position to play on the line, you're gonna get beat some times so I'm willing to cut the young man a little slack" but not much" he's protecting Matt's blind side so he needs to tighten up or Matt could get hurt and that would absolutely kill this kick arse season we're having, come on big Bake let's tighten up. ProudFalcFan
According to the Washington Post and Stats.com, Baker has been officially credited with giving up 1/2 sack and NO penalties in 4 games. Compare that with other highly regarded tackles like Jake Long (1 penalty and 3 sacks) or Joe Thomas (4 penalties and 2 sacks) and it demonstrates how well he has played comparably. ProudFalcFan
YoungHeezy ~ thanks for the accuracy and the link. Sometimes it far too easy for annonymous fans to sit at their keyboard and fire something off that's an incorrect stat or opinion. You are clearly "watchin" a lot closer than others! We need more like you. Respect!
