Great info! As bad as we (the BUCS) have played at times this season, even with the loss of Clayborn for the rest of the season, our defense is going to be the only thing keeping us from losing our next 13 games. Between Shciano's stubbornness and Freeman's cluelessness, our offense will struggle to even finish 32nd in the league! That's pretty sad!

Its the same in Dallas. Its obvious by everything I posted that Dallas' offense is holding them back. The penalties are killing us. Our offensive stats are right there with Atlanta, until you get to the penalties and turnovers. If we could get out of our own way we would be a VERY good team.

2 things that stick out to me:

1. Our pass D is extremely improved. Only 2 pass Tds allowed,1st in Ints and 8th in pass D despite facing 3 probowl qbs.

2. our 3rd down D sucks for the 5th year in a row

Dallas went from 23rd in the league in pass defense to 2nd after 3 weeks. Not too shabby. Now if we could get the offensive line to stop with the stupid penalties we may have something.

Ya but you played bucs. Keep it in perspective.

Keep it in perspective? Did we not shutdown Nicks and Cruz week 1? Come on man, this is 3 weeks now, not just this week. Our defense is #1 in the league in total yards allowed, #2 in passing yards allowed, #7 in points per game, and #5 in 3rd down conversion. The only thing we arent doing well, as usual, is creating turnovers.

I hope nobody is misled by our offensive numbers. That's what you get when your defense can consistently cause turnovers and give you great field position. cool.png

That is a "big only" as everyone knows turnovers and scoring "D" are the two most important things on defense...Yards allowed is like kissing your sister, it doesn't mean anything unless you are in West by god Virginia...WFWLHAO

We all have things we have to work on. Ill take shutting down other team's WRs and only giving up 18 points a game for now. The tunrovers will come.
