Ethos
Horrible injury that leaves a huge hole in our D. However, Ryan showed uncanny ability and wit this Sunday Vs. the Chiefs. I have confidence can Ryan can put the team on his back next Monday and bring us home a W. It may be a shootout but Ryan will come out on top. Go Falcons! Karst41
Rise up?You better start demandibg that Owens or Franks MAN UP.With Grimes gone for the season and Peyton Manning cominginto town this Sunday, we better hope that Ryan can out gun Manning.Peyton is going to incenerate the LCB position. He is going to torch Atlanta worse than Sherman did. Our offense moved down the field with ease like they were in practice vs KC. Turnover's are gonna be the difference maker here.

Ryan2JulioislikePB&J
Asante Samuel will fill the LCB and Robinson on RCB. We will miss the little guy but hey that's why you have back ups. I am sure we will change our gameplan to nuetralize Peyton and Co. and also hide our problems in the secondary. Ryan will carry us and make this game a close W. Dirtybird56
Next week was already gonna be close enough but now Peyton will cut through our secondary like butter Good luck DRob/Owens/franks lol Edited September 10, 2012 by Dirtybird56
fansince78
Against Manning, the game better not depend on the corners (no matter who we had to put out there) and will have to be won on the defensive side with the pass rush. There is no more accurate quarterback in all of football. Manning has always been easy to rattle though and I suspect that will be even more true now. I was a big fan of his when he played for Tennessee and he still don't perform well once he gets his bell rung good a few times. He starts hearing footsteps even when they are not there. Manning has the ability and the receivers to pick us apart way worse than Cassell did, which was pretty bad. Stil looking forward to this game. It's going to be fun to see how the Falcons respond to the glare of the national spotlight.

Except your forgetting the part where it's our D-Line trying to get pressure. Aka Abraham aka 1-man D-line
paulitik
Owens is going to ball on the outside. He is better on the outside than in the middle.
dmite
He is better on the outside than in the middle.Yep, he'll do fine. He did well replacing Grimes at the end of last year.

Dirtybird56
Soo... Who's going up against manning Monday? Franks I suppose? Considering Owens will most likely be suspended and Walls is hurt..
Francis York Morgan
Yeah, I'd rather see Owens on the outside and Dunta on the inside at nickel, Owens at nickel is as good as conceding the game...that said, Owens might be suspended...crap. Karst41
He is better on the outside than in the middle.Oh not that is reassuring.Cassell carved up our middle coverage yesterday.Oh that's right I almost forgot.NOBODY COVERED THE MIDDLE YESTERDAY.I I hope you have a taste for Gyro's, cause its going to beSilence of the Lambs come Sunday. TheFalconRises
Man I think your a great poster but you just made a topic saying "We Are So Fcked" and now this? I agree 100%, Ryan will put the team on his back. Maybe I took it the wrong way just seemed like you were flip flopping quite drastically.
