laugh.png The best thing? As stupid as those people in the vid calling Obama a socialists look, there are people on these boards who look at that and try to top them.

Is there some kinda bizarro cool factor withing the clan of triple chinned white guys that drives them to try to top each other in their tardation?

BTW JDAVE trolling>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

It's funny that the Democratic Socialists are denying that Obama is a socialist when they supported him for years.

This doesn't make sense. You can think someone is the best of a limited set of options without believing in the complete and exact letter of their position. Lots of people voted for Bush because they perceived him to be better than Kerry, yet disagreed with many of his policies. Your own voting record suggests the opposite of what you've posted here, unless you're saying that you agreed with everything Bush did while President.

Obama's a socialists because he bailed out corporations with my tax money. I voted for Bush twice."

See how silly that sounds?

No.... no they don't.

I'll just say this, people use labels and hyperbole to not actually have a conversation. You show the true content of your character when doing so. People give me more information all the time and depending on the sources, it could change my perspective/opinion.

Doing some research on that site, it's run by some New Zealander who is apart of some Scientology offshoot cult with extreme Soviet paranoia (since apparently the Soviet Union still exists). Can you provide a source that isn't biased in such a blatant way? I mean, it's like posting links to Conservapedia articles. No one should take that stuff seriously.

If it's factually accurate it doesn't matter who posted it. Check the bottom of the wikis. They are all very well sourced. This "New Zealander" has done better and more research on this than our own media. Sad... None of this information is coming from this "New Zealander", it is coming from the DSAs own website, etc...

That's just the thing, you can't take extremely biased sources as proof. That is debate 101. I doubt you'd take me seriously if I posted articles from the Daily Kos to support my arguments, for example.

The wiki is not the source. The wiki is just a collection of sourced information. The sources are at the bottom of the wiki. Scroll to the bottom of each wiki and look:

http://keywiki.org/i...ama_and_the_DSA

http://keywiki.org/i...Communist_Party

http://keywiki.org/i...ressive_Chicago

A majority of those sources are similarly biased themselves. Just because you agree with something does not mean it is factual, it just means you agree with it.

Also, the Lenin quote in your signature is fake.

They are actually the best sources. If you want to know who was affiliated with the Democratic Socialists of America than what better source is there than their own website and publications?

A good deal of those appear to be complaining that Obama is not doing what they want him to do and the rest are attempting guilt by association. The rest are from libertarian sites, who will of course hate him and pretty much everyone else associated with the government, and... a Facebook link...

Umm, there is no Lenin quote in my sig.

"In the 20th century, the Soviet Union made the state role absolute...In the long run, this made the Soviet economy totally uncompetitive. This lesson cost us dearly." - Vladamir Putin
