jheezy24
I live in washington and he will be visiting with seattle. Seems like nobody wants to pay him his price. I hate seattle but they always seem to be going after falcons or the same players the falcons are going for. Wont be surprised if they sign him for what he wants, sea is getting desperate to sign someone..Sorry if already posted
slamee101
Starting to think he might be back in Atlanta sure enough. The contract we gave Tatupu is nothing so it wouldn't hurt. Especially if we're gonna be playing in 3-4 sets more frequently.

Ethos
I think Seattle will pay him his price tag because they have no one.

paulitik
Better Seattle than to a division rival. I don't want to have to hate him. Then I can at least wish him well except when they play us, or affect our wildcard chances.
Dem Birds
They'll over pay probably. If not, he'll be a Falcon next year.
d#d#d#
I think theyre posturing to lower Hawthornes potential contract back to reality. Last i heard, they loved Hawthornes play at MLB.

KJays_Daddy
Not sure which way I feel about Lofton coming back...You know he is a sound tackler, but the price tag seems to be just too steep. Kinda like asking out the hot chic that's a little high maitenance. you want to, but know you can't afford it in the long run.
SativaSam
He's been to multiple teams to visit, and still hasn't made a deal. He's obviously asking for too much money, and will most likely end up back here at a reasonable price. Abraham's market was significantly slowed by Manning, and I'd imagine that Lofton's is being slowed as well.

I think now it comes down to swallowing his pride and deciding if Atlanta is a better situation than these other teams.
takeitdown
I hope someone picks him up. He's a good player, but the Falcons need to move on from one dimensional players at high salaries. You don't pay more than 2-3M/yr for a 2 down thumper.

madman88
The writings on the wall... We signed his replacement in lofa to compete with dent..we have no cap room even if we cut players tosign him, let it go n move on...
Trouble
The bad thing is the Bucs didn't want him at that price. They had a ton of cash and they didn't even jump on him. Some team will probably be desperate enough, but it wont be us at the price he must be asking.
Bawse
At this point mother**** Curtis Lofton. He visited the Taints. Bye bye.
RHEC
I'm confused, first he was "signed" to Bucs, then "signed" to eagles, then "signed" to Saints and now he may "Sign" with Seahawks?
Herr Doktor
Homey is asking for a pile, evidently. He'll end up in Oakland or DC.
