Exploder, I think you did a great job of finding value in each round. I hated picking after you because I was hoping some of those guys would fall to me...namely Vinny Curry and Matt McCants

I would love if we could get more GMs next year, there's no way you should have been able to get Ray Rice.

I agree. I know the contract was a bit absurd, but unfortunately it's hard to keep it realistic when other GM's started throwing $100M+ contracts at him.

I thought I found a lot of great value. I got a lot of players that I personally liked a lot. I tried to go with the BPA approach while filling particular needs. I wanted to keep a young defense and re-tool the backfield and I think I did a good job with that. I still need a quality FS, but I think Usama Young will serve as a decent stop-gap fix and give Robert Sands a shot to shine. I also think I did a great job at surrounding my young QB with great, young, explosive talent. On paper, it looks like an extremely deadly offense to me.

Anyways, I think everyone is going to love what they did with their teams. So, I don't want to "brag", I'm just curious how others feel.

Falcons:

Personally, I hated the idea of trading Roddy White, but you did get good value for him. You also replaced him with Marques Colston, which is great as it will let Julio be the go-to guy now. I would expect similar production from the offense, with some good looking young pieces to eventually grow and keep the offense churning. I love what you did with the defense. On paper, it looks absolutely great. Huge upgrade.

Broncos:

Great job. All around upgrades. Looks extremely great. Only thing I would've done differently is brought in a young pass rusher at defensive end. Great job though regardless. Looks like a much scarier team than they were going into the playoffs this past season.

Titans:

Fixed the weaknesses on the O-Line. Brought in young, athletic talent on the defense. I like it. Seems like the focus was on the offensive line and defense, which is good, because Jake Locker, Chris Johnson, and Kenny Britt should benefit greatly with a better offensive line. The defense is still a work in progress, but it's definitely an athletic young group, that should benefit from experience. I really like the defense. Derrick Morgan and Nick Perry could be a very scary duo in the future.

Cowboys: If Jerry was able to steal Calais Campbell from the Cardinals and get Carlos Rogers to replace Newman...no one would be able to criticize his GM skills. I also like Decastro next to Smith, Bruce Irvin learning from D.Ware, as well as potential secondary stars Josh Robinson and Janzen Jackson. Great job overall.

If I had to critcize anything, it would be at running back.Demarco Murray reminds me of Run DMC, both positively and negatively...he can hit the homerun but can he last a whole season? With his back up being Felix Jones, I'd probably want one more running back I felt could carry the load.

Not one of my better jobs. I should have worked on a little more DL & LB depth, but lost a few guys right at the end of FA that I had wanted. Also, I expect some change from the Bears offense. With the new receivers, look for more 3WR and single back sets this year. Minor changes to the OL should result in big differences. The LT spot is filled with a guy who can play there in Bell. The C spot is filled with a true center, allowing Garza to go back to G & Chris Williams back to T. And Carimi coming back at RT should make a big difference as well. I think the OL is much improved.

For the wide receivers, Wright & Burress will bring upgrades. Wright is an excellent route runner and while not the burner that Hester is, he will be much more proficient in the passing game based on his ability to get open. Burress will give Cutler a big target to throw to, especially in the red zone. Now that he's got his legs back, Burress could be in for a good year. With Burress & Wright on the outside, the Bears can line up either Hester or Knox at the slot and create some mismatches there.

On D, the Bears biggest problem was secondary. I allowed starting CB Tim Jennings to leave and replaced him with William Gay. I also added Trumaine Johnson as my nickle back. Chris Greenwood is going to be a very good CB IMO, but 2012 will probably be a practice squad year. Jarred Allen was added as a veteran backup as well.

Free Safety was another spot I had hoped to change in FA, but instead I got 2 value picks in the 5th & 7th rounds to develop.

The Raiders went ahead & signed their final UDFA.Wasn't sure where we were, order wise. Also, wanted to thank R4242 again for doing the IMD again.I know it stalled & had some issues along the way but he also had more pressing things occur in life. So,no matter the obstacles, this was good times once again, thx R4242..

I explained every draft pick in my thread. I thought I did a solid job, strengthening the main weakness which was pass protection and then adding quality depth to the world champions.
