kelohauh706
Could we slide Lofton to SLB and cut Nicholas? I just cant see TD letting the 3rd best player he picked since he got here, walk like that. Akeem Dent has only proved that he can be a good special teams player. blackredfellow
Nooooooo. If we keep Lofton, why would we put him at sam? He is a MLB through and through. Nick is a decent OLB, thats it. Lofton at OLB? Probably worse than Nick.
~GotJsOnDeck~
Regardless of what we do, we will not pay Lofton to be an every down player. His pass coverage has improved but is still just average. He is definitely a more effective two down player and is an excellent tackler but rarely makes splash plays. We are doing the right thing by showing we will move forward, if his price doesn't drop. He should wanna stay with a realistic contending team year in and year out. We've proved that since he was drafted. The Bucs will definitely overpay. I think we have considered that and will be fine if we potentially see him twice a year. Thiccolas Cage
I don't think nic will be bad this year. I had high hopes for him last year til he got injured. What week was that?
JulioisCoolio
Sure, lets make our pass defense worse than it already is.
