Falcons115
No right answer just wondering what everybody thinks is the best move, mine has to be the spin, because if executed well guys like Dwight Freeney have made a living off it, and nobody has really been able to stop it yet, Spinbury has a good one too, just hasn't been on the field enough to show it. THE ICEMAN
The one that gets you to the QB the quickest.Which would be the "most explosive move" most likley the up field speed rush followed by a spin move back inside its very hard to block with out any help

Either way you have to catch the tackle off guard.
Free Radical
Fastest way to the QB? Well what's the fastest way to get from point A to point B? Straight line. Bull rush through them.
Dem Birds
I'm not sure of the name, I don't think it's the swim move, Abe does it a lot where he goes around and pushes up with his inside arm. Not the best description lol. It's my favorite, not sure if it's the most effective or not. It's the move at 2:39I've also always loved the one at 3:38. Too bad I've only seen it the one time haha. That second one, well that is just sick. All this farewell love for Lofton, but no one seems to forget Abe is leaving too! Abe has been a maniac in a Falcons uni. I wish he could stay for about half of what he wants.

blackredfellow
Yeah, I'm seriously depressed about Abe leaving. He and Roddy have been my favorite players for quite some time. For real. Roddy and Abe were the two players worth watching in the miserable 2007 season. It's gonna be a sad day when I have to get rid of the 55 jersey. I need like a Falcons jersey cemetary or something. It just feels wrong to give it to goodwill or something. That move is called a "rip"Yup, thats what I was looking for.

LookAboutFalcon
Yeah I would think the "rip" move is the most effective.Isnt it also called a dip move? Cause you kinda dip underneathLove watching the Predator kill tackles rip big boy.

Butudontseeme™
I like a good old fashion bull rush myself. It's all about explosion, leverage, and keeping your pads lower than the o lineman.
Trouble
Isnt it ironic Abe has a more explosive first step than any of our RB`s. Just a random thought .

phattywankenobi
As exciting as the spin move is when it comes to an aggressive sport nothing says domination better than when Abe bullrushes his guy right into the QB.
MondayNightRedman
There's no best move. It is all about playing games with an o lineman throughout a game, feeling them out, setting them up. If an o-lineman sets aggressively and does not give ground, beat their hands and use a speed move to beat them. If a lineman gives ground quickly, bull rush him. If during a bulk rush the lineman jumps his feet back and sets hard uses his momentum to sling him forward and swim past.....it's really all about games with the o line, great reaction and great hands
