Big Bubba
From now on, everytime someone says "Ice", I'm taking it to mean Eli Manning.
DD: Objective Elite
Brees is clutch, it's not his fault Greg Williams doesn't understand the concept of running a zone defense with a minute left to play.Nice parting shot at Ran too.

Eli is Ice.Brees, Rodgers, Peyton and Brady can all be extremely clutch at times. Eli, I believe is on another level right now. I don't think he's really better, overall, than the four Qbs mentioned, but as far as clutch goes, I believe he's on a level by himself.
Guest Negatorris
Well Brees took his team down the field twice on the Niners in the 4th quarter to take the lead. But when your team's defense is getting owned by Alex Smith, you don't deserve to win. Eli barely beat the Niners. Special Teams won that game. kane#7
I have seen him do two 4th quarter game winning drives in the superbowl. He is as clutch as they come I think.
bradael
The Giants scored 21 points... 19 on offense... and won. He's no more clutch than Ben Roethlisburger.Drew Brees threw 2 "game winning" TDs vs the 49ers in the final 4 minutes... only to have the 49ers come right back and retake the lead. That's not on Brees.Plus, Drew didn't have a lot of game winning drives in 2009 or 2011 because the Saints were winning most games those years by 20+ in the 4th quarter. In 2010, however, the Saints trailed a lot of games in the 4th and he had somewhere around 7 game winning drives.
kane#7
You guys keep talking about how he didn't score that many points during the game...I am judging clutch by the last drives of games when all the marbles are on the table...So 2 superbowl game winning drives for touchdowns = clutch. You can say what you want but no other QB on that list has done that. SaintRay
Drew Brees discussion aside, you have to be impressed with what Eli has done.I am.
Big Bubba
Guy set a record this past season with TDs in the 4th Q. Regular season aside, Eli is impressive as h3ll once the playoffs begin. 5-0 on the road, during their last two SB campaigns.

Regular season aside, Eli is impressive as h3ll once the playoffs begin. 5-0 on the road, during their last two SB campaigns. He is **** good he gives his team confidence....Justin Tuck said the defense was saying to each other when the Pats were up by 4 was that all they had to do was get 1 more stop and Eli would win it.I think it is difficult to determine if someone is "more clutch" I think it just boils down to oppotunity.I think you are either clutch or not clutch, I don't think you can be "more clutch"

ThunderCookie
If Welker catches the ball, then the Eli thing goes out the window and everyone is comparing Brady to Montana.I think it is insane to compare Eli to Brees. Yes Eli has two rings. Both are remembered more for the amazing catches than amazing throws.
Dr. Do Itch Big
More then Peyton. Eli has played extremely well in the playoffs.
Aquietguy
What say you all?I think he just may be.If by clutch you mean a team that relies on defense and an offense to make the needed play from time to time, then yes he is clutch. But he is not on the level of the QB's you are comparing him to.
Aquietguy
If Welker catches the ball, then the Eli thing goes out the window and everyone is comparing Brady to Montana. Not to mention the lucky breaks they got. They put the ball on the ground twice in both the super bowl and the NFCCG and recovered them all.
