NoMoreExcuses
OMG do you live in a dream world along with "aftermath". Who on earth do you think Ryan is?He, until he proves otherwise, is nothing but an average player who built some decent stats when playing sub standard teams. The kids on this board are so stupid. They have no idea what its going to take to win a SB. I truly beleive most do not care, just as long as its not MIke Vick. After Ryan drains Blanks pocket again, with no playoff win in sight, we will begin to hear rumors of him saling the team. NoMoreExcuses
I wouldn't say his value is low, probably 24+ teams that would kill to have Ryan a QB.I dare you to name them and go to their website and ask their fan base. Once you're done then come back and post the links with their responses. Edited February 26, 2012 by NoMoreExcuses
NoMoreExcuses
Jaguars, Jets, Colts (assuming Manning is done), Redskins, Dolphins, Chiefs, Browns, Broncos, 49ers, Seahawks, Cardinals, Vikings, Bucs. You could add the Rams, Ravens, Titans, Bills, and Bengals as well (Ryan is better than any QB those teams have as of right now). That's 13 teams without the additional teams, and 18 with them. Now go to their fan bas message boards and pose the questions and see what the comments are. I would love to read them...I dare you!Anybody can name 31 teams.Btw- we were talking about teams that would take Ryan over their QB. You named 13 team YOU think are better which is worth probably as much as Ryan playoff wins. OOOOps, I forgot, he don't have any Edited February 26, 2012 by NoMoreExcuses

Free Radical
Teams that would take Ryan in a heartbeat: Bills, Dolphins, Jets, Browns, Jaguars, Titans, Broncos, Chiefs, Raiders, Eagles, Redskins, Vikings, Buccaneers, Cardinals, Rams, 49ers, Colts(assuming no Peyton), Seahawks.Teams that wouldn't give up their QB, but Matt Ryan is superior to their QB: Ravens, Bengals, Texans, Bears, Panthers. So that's 18 + 5, which is 23.

Free Radical
Eagles wouldnt take Ryan over Vick ...Colts with Luck wouldnt take Ryan ...and lol @ Matt Ryan superior to Cutler and Matt Schaubglad you still on Ryan jock Radical ..The Eagles wold be dumb if they didn't. Vick was terrible this year. So a guy that isn't even in the NFL is better than Ryan?Through 10 games Cutlet had 13 TDs and 7 INTs, with a completion percentage of less than 60, with 7 fumbles. Was thinking more about TJ Yates, but there wasn't much difference between the average of Schaub's season and Ryan's.
Atl/0
Teams that would take Ryan in a heartbeat:Bills?, Dolphins?, Jets, Browns?, Jaguars, Titans, Broncos, Chiefs, Raiders, Eagles, Redskins?, Vikings, Buccaneers, Cardinals, Rams, 49ers, Colts(assuming no Peyton), Seahawks.Teams that wouldn't give up their QB, but Matt Ryan is superior to their QB:Ravens, Bengals, Texans, Bears, Panthers. So that's 18 + 5, which is 23.Teams that are crossed out:Titans: They drafted Locker and are going to go with him soon so why would they get Ryan while they are rebuilding with a player with his potential. Thats stupidBroncos: Tebow.....Eagles: They have Vick and they have proven that they don't care for quarterbacks that are either immobile, or cant throw the deep ball unless they are a backup.Vikings: They like Ponder and are going to see where his progression leadsBucs: Freeman going into this year will be the same age as Ryan when he first entered the league. Listening to bucs fans they blame raheem for his poor play more than Freeman so we shall see what happens with the new coaches.Rams: Really?49ers: Alex Smith is not that far away from Ryan talent wise plus they have Capernick behind him. They are good for now.Colts: They are getting Luck...Why would they want Ryan over him?Question marks:Bills: Fitz is streaky but has shown to make big plays. They have a budding star in Stevie Johnson but being paired with Ryan might not sit well with him.Dolphins, Browns, Skins: All three are in the RG3 sweepstakes. Try bringing up Ryan's name over the potential of getting him your probably going to get a beer thrown in your face.Something tells me you don't talk to many outside of Atlanta about football. Big_D
I've got a brilliant answer for the so called "trolls or Ryan haters"---------Trade Ryan for Vick. There is still a large Vick fan base here in Atl.
