Infinitepwnz
http://www.atlantafa...d=1421925476001Kind of throws the Defense under the bus IMO, I could just be nitpicking though. Either way its the truth.Gave some insight to what Koetter wants to do.
bossFALCON™
more no huddle? MUSIC to my ears.our offense was elite when we were in the no huddle last year and the games where we ran a lot of it we put up big numbers...when we weren't in it we were very averagecan't wait to see what our new coordinators do
atljbo
Yea it sound Like Mularkey didnt like the No Huddle (what worked best for us) ... I guess thats why Coach Smith put it in his own hands when we will go in and out of No Huddle
jfalconsp
LOVED hearing the 'more no huddle' part.

GENERALZOD
Mr. Drops has no room to criticize anyone..He's at the pro bowl, that's not too bad for somebody like him who as you say had such a bad year.
I Even Bleed Red
Roddy dropping passes at the probowl too At least they Brees' passes, so that's ok.
King Syrup Golden 32 Oz
Why do FALCON FANS loooove to hate our best players?
vel
Why do FALCON FANS loooove to hate our best players?Because they don't know what they have til it's gone. They are a bunch of "The Grass is Greener" kind of personalities. They would be pissed if Grimes walked but aren't making him feel wanted back. Backwards. TeamPlayer1
No matter what skills a receiver has, nothing is more important than catching the dang ball!
PSSSHHHRRR87
Yeah, Roddy sucks... makes it to the Pro Bowl, has 100 receptions (2nd in the league), 1296 yards (8th in the league), and lead the team in TD receptions with JJ... that dude totally blows. Jah
I definitely want Roddy to use more judgment, instead of saying some of the stuff that he does (why talk **** to the Saints?). But, he also seems to have more fun than anyone on the team and he is a really easy to like. And it's not like he is TO.
Dem Birds
He was a little too critical of the defense considering they kept them in several games and our offense couldn't score. Our defense had some bad games but our offense had more in my opinion.
mastershake
I think he should have been more critical of MM than the D and I know he's getting tired of JJ questions, but don't criticise bout consistency when his lack there of cost us some big plays. Still love the guy, just nitpicking and who's to say I would have had better answers. He's prob tired of gettin no respect.
Guest Negatorris
He was a little too critical of the defense considering they kept them in several games and our offense couldn't score. Our defense had some bad games but our offense had more in my opinion.Yep, I can say without a doubt our offense should be able to put up at least 30/g with the weapons we have, and our defense played well enough that we should have won almost every game. We should have dominated that Packers game, should have beaten the Texans, should have destroyed the Bucs, and that 4th and 1 stuff by the Stains was convertable. If I'm a player and I see 9 men in the box, I know to run outside. They all would be falling over each other, but we ran up the middle. The offense, even if it finished top 10, hurt us this season. Defense was good. The Packers and Saints would love to have our defense vs. their own.

Our defense had some bad games but our offense had more in my opinion. There were very few games where they both had really good games. Whenever you needed one side to step up, the other one would fail completely.
ol'_dirty2
Defense carried this club in more than a few games and help the opposition in check waiting for what was never to be...from the offense

Infinitepwnz
Did you guys really watch that video and come away thinking Roddy threw anyone "under the bus?"O.0Notice most of the people said "probably just nitpicking though.."Some of the things sounded like it yes, but I am not going to say without a doubt that the was bashing the defense. Heck, he also said Matt's got to win the playoffs, that could be interpreted as throwing Matt under the bus as well. Don't get me wrong, I am a big Roddy fan. I was just seeing how others viewed his comments, thats all

jamnesiac34
I haven't read the interview, but this guy is lucky to be in Hawaii and has no room to throw anyone under the bus.Oh yah, the Falcons' offense wasn't elite at any time last year. No huddle or not.
Bawse
All this being said, I still can't wait until next season to see what our offense can do with this coordinator. More importantly i'm looking forward to seeing what kind of schemes Nolan brings.Falcon fans, I think we are in for a surprise next year.
