Tandy Gossett
I have been wanting Singletary here since he left Baltimore. Do you think that Nolan will bring him in as LB coach? That would help in teaching the LBs Nolan's Defense and MS helped Ray Lewis a great deal when he was in Balitmore. Lewis says if it weren't for MS that he wouldn't be the LB he has been. What could they do w/ Lofton and Spoon. I'm waiting to see Nicholas turn into Derrick Brooks like he was suppose to be.

And I guess the relationship Nolan and Singletary has is something that makes this a real possibility. But what does Singletary do right now? Where is he coaching? And is he willing to give up that job to become a LB coach here? I think that is the only real hurdle in signing him as LB coach. Unless he and Nolan went separate ways on bad terms. Atlfanstckndenver
It would be a great coaching move, but will the current coach who has done a fine job be fired is my question.
phattywankenobi
The Falcons LB corp is the most solid position on the team. Glenn Pires is a name you won't find outside of the Falcons website but don't change a thing.
red falcon
"Can't do it. Cant play with him, can't coach with him." "I want winners." Loved when he said that. lol
Farmer2
Why on earth would we get rid of our current LB coach? It's our best unit on the entire team along w/ our WR's.
madman88
Pires has done he** of a job in developing lofton and spoon... Firing ppl is a resukt of not getting your job done, so im looking for ray hamilton's name next....That would make sense since ray teaches the free gap system and im pretty sure nolan is gap specific when it comes to how he wants to go after the QB.... Butudontseeme™
I don't think the lb coach is in jeopardy at all. He probably has done the best job of ALL.of our position coaches.
