Guest Negatorris
If Grimes decides to leave, I think this kid could have a huge year next season. He's pretty good in coverage, and turned a few heads near the end of the season. I think he had about 3 picks since he became a starter. With Mike Nolan, I'm sure he will see a lot of playing time next season, especially if Grimesy walks out. Is anyone else predicting a good future for this guy? I think he will be another corner that was overlooked. He's definitely better than a 5th round pick from what I have witnessed. red falcon
The kid can play. Even when passes were caught on him he was still stuck to the WR like glue. I like his upside. I don't want grimes gone but I feel we have the talent to succeed at the DB position.
bossFALCON™
He looked really good in his spot starts, which is one of the main reasons it looks like Grimes will be gone. He was projected to be a second rounder predraft. We got really lucky that he fell to us
fansince78
I like the kid and think he will get his shot to be a starter next season. I hope he makes the best of it.

vel
Remember this saying: "The backup always look good when they come into the game."I agree with this statement. They always root for the back up because he hasn't fallen on his face yet, unlike the guy in front of him, or they wouldn't be rooting for the back up. But in this case, I do think Franks is ready for real playing time. I don't condone the "let Grimes walk" crowd, but Franks should be playing next year. With Nolan here, Franks will more than likely play more and guard 1 specific guy all game instead of just the slot WR. I am fine with Grimes, DRob, Franks, Owens, and Walls as our 5 CBs.
