The Falcon Jedi Knight
But he deserved to win that game today and go to the SB. He put up great numbers, he was clutch when he had to be, he never panicked or backed down. He made all the throws he had to make. Unfortunately, his WR and his kicker let him down.He should have won that game. And he deserves a tremendous amount of credit for his effort today. paulitrick
All against worse d in league to.18 teams gave up more ppg than the patriots including the giants who had the 24th ranked scoring defense. new england was 14th. but keep parroting the talking heads and ryanettes as if you have a clue wtf youre talking about. sanfranfalcon
right now Flacco is a much more seasoned QB than Ryan. the cat definitely earned my respect today. good game...PERIOD!!!
beantownfalc2
They were playing a great team on the road for a chance at the Superbowl. Flacco had a good game. I dont care what the Pats league ranking was. By the way the have the number one defense in the playoffs this year (when it matters).Apologist had a win-win situation this game. Flacco loses then he is a bum who's defense carries him. Brady loses and its The Pats haven't accomplished anything since TD, and even the great Tom Brady can't overcome a bad defense Edited January 23, 2012 by beantownfalc2

Steel City Falcon
Fu*k Flacco. He wouldn't have even been there without that defense. He'll get no sympathy from me.
Sun Tzu 7
He played well but it wasn't good enough. In a few years all anyone will remember is that he didn't win the game.... That's how it goes for a QB in the NFL.

By the same token Flacco deserved to lose alot of games including past playoff games cause he played like crap and his defense carried him to those wins. Win/Loss, it's all on the QB in the playoffs either the QB wins or the QB loses, it doesn't matter how the rest of the team performed. Total Package
He had a good game today, but he had a bad year. ANd this was his first good playoff game. I would still take Matt over him, and most of the Ravens fans would too.

He rushed his passes when he had plenty of time, threw the ball away when he had open receivers and even took a sack for a lot of lost yardage when he should have thrown the ball away. If that had been Matt Ryan, people on here would be calling for his head.
