THE ICEMAN
I'm saying he goes to work this offseason and he'll have 85 catches 1500 yards and 12 Tds next year and most of all he'll be targeted at least 120+ timesAnd I'll say it maybe nobody else will but outside of Calvin Johnson Julio is the most talented WR in the NFLnot the best yet but the most talented for sure. Steel City Falcon
I'm a fan of Julio but come on now... Your talking about Julio being the number two in the NFL behind Calvin Johnson...? That means your putting him ahead of Larry Fitzgerald and Andre Johnson? Julio has the potential to be an elite wide receiver in the league but he's not there yet. He dropped a decent amount of balls and made mistakes running routes at times this year. Maybe a couple of years from now he's the best in the NFL but I'm not ready to throw him up there with Calvin and ahead of guys like Fitzgerald and Andre Johnson. FalconJim
Sure, Julio has a ton of talent....but it's "raw" talent. He'll be good, but I think the jury is still out if he'll be a Calvin Johnson, or a Larry Fitz, or not...I wish him the best, though. Besides, Julio had just as many TDs and almost identical yards with half the catches that 84 had. To me, he seems like he has a better work ethic and natural talent than Roddy Edited January 21, 2012 by I.C. REDD

Minus Whale
Julio isnt even the best WR on the team... To put him #2 is getting ahead of yourself....Yes he is. Roddy is a glorified possession receiver. Julio is from outer space. If Roddy wasn't the opposite of clutch this past season, I'd be inclined to agree with you. pzummo
Yes he is. Roddy is a glorified possession receiver. Julio is from outer space. If Roddy wasn't the opposite of clutch this past season, I'd be inclined to agree with you.The opposite of clutch is cruch. But Roddy is still the better WR as of right now. The way I see it, Roddy had a bad year, which every great player is bound to do at some point. Even in his bad year, he ended up with 100 catches, almost 1300 yards (1296), and 8 TD's. I think you'll see Roddy with 1400 yards and Julio with 1200 next season. Which would be ridiculous, but I still see it happening.Julio is a bigger playmaker, and he's more talented, but he hasn't learned as much about playing in the NFL as Roddy has. Roddy is a vet that can do everything well. Julio is still learning, but he is destined for greatness. I don't know if Julio will break all of Roddy's records because Roddy is more durable and consistent. But I do think Julio will end up breaking a lot of them. Guest TheIdowu
Roddy White is still the best receiver on the Falcons team. He will still be our #1 wideout in 2012. How you put a guy who missed several games due to injury in his rookie season OVER a veteran who has been doing this for several seasons now is absolutely stupid! THE ICEMAN
For the Next 5-7 years who would you Take Julio or FitzJerald or Johnson? I'll take Julio and thats my point Julio is in a class of his on in terms of "talent" Again I don't know how many times I have to say it he's not better than those guys in Fitz and Johnson but he is more talented. And yea 3 years from now I believe he'll easy be a top 5 WR in the NFL remeber no one can be old father time.Julio Jones - 54 catches 959 yards 8TDsAndre Johnson - 66 catches 966 yards 4TDsLarry Fitzgerald - 58 catches 780 yards 8TDsCalvin Johnson - 48 catches 756 yards 4 TDsIts like saying Joe Flacco is better than Matt Ryan because he not, he does have a better arm which makes him more talented will he ever be better than Ryan No I don't think so but is the more talented of the two.
