I Starting To Really Like Hue Jackson As Oc!

Like I said.

Once Davis died he basically decided to make himselves Raiders coach and GM for life by stepping into the void and trading picks from 2 future drafts to try to make himself irremovable

Yea that is what I heard, and also looking back at the presser after the SD loss, he did not take much blame for the loss.

not gonna lie kinda jealous of the bengals future. Dalton seems like a pretty good qb. probably going to be on a similar level of eli manning and the rest of the 2nd tier guys. Have a stud WR in AJ Green, and a good 2nd guy in jerome Simpson. and now they have potentially two first rounders in the next two years to improve on that.

Hue has that arrogance you like to see from a competitor. Even as a coach. The problem there is he seems to have a hard time accepting blame for his part in failure. No matter who you are in an organization, when your team doesn't win it's WE fell short. I expected more out of US. WE just didn't put our best foot forward.

We don't want a guy who, similarly to Mularkey, sees that his playcalls and his plays are the end all be all and it's the palyers fault for whatever goes wrong on the field. If some arse chewing is in order then the media is not the arena for it...do it in your post game meeting or on the sidelines. Don't alienate yourself from all the wrong that is going on around you since as the head coach it really all starts an ends with you. All I'm saying. However, I think he could get the job done with a little more excitement and creativity than we've seen around here as of late. Just seems to be that ticking timebomb type case though.

All of you all are giving reason of why not to bring him here, but you all are giving reason from the HC position. The others were talking about from the OC position. When have you all heard MM taking blame for our offense struggles over the last few years?

We already did that....Joey Harrington,....Byron Leftwich...now I will give him very littke credit for making the offense move with Redman under Thomas. However, 2007still did not exist in my eyes and shall never be spoken about again.

Are you serious?

Have you forgotten Hue Jackson's stint as Offensive Coordinator here in 2007 when the immortal Joey Harrington was QB.

All I remember is a bunch of 3 yard curl routes all game. Thats why Joey Harrington had the best completion percentage of his career when he was here. A bunch of easy curls and outs that never challenge the defense.

Sorry but PLEASE no Hue Jackson back on Falcons sideline.

I would rather have Mike Martz.

Have you forgotten how those last 3 games looked while Redman was the starter instead of Harrington?

I haven't. He may have burned his bridge here, but if so that's a shame. I'd LOVE to see Hue Jackson as our o-coordinator.
