Francis York Morgan
I'd want Nolan over Spags because I feel like we'd do well in a 3-4, but Spags is still awesome.Clements? Do you need to ask?

Thelonious Mingus
Tom Clements was Mularkey's OC.
paulitik
That's the perfect scenario for me too. Billick is 14 years out from his last successful offense. Give me Tom Clements. At least he's been in a offense that uses every weapon it has to its fullest potential. I know McCarthy is the play caller, but you can't deny the job he's done with Favre, Rodgers, and Flynn. hammerhead
Spags , Clements ! once the Packers get thru with there season the falcons will make there move for Clements , i have a feeling they have all ready gotten there DC locked up but they just want announce it just yet . they want to get it all done in one neat little package press conference and all. Tootie Quivers
I am on the Nolan & Clements bandwagon. I think Spagnuolo really benefitted from Michael Strahan, Justin Tuck, and Osi Umenyiora.
Snowen
**** ya im on.. Nolan is a fav of mine too, despite his 3-4. I actually wouldnt mind a 3-4 switch. For OC, options are limited so im for Clements and Hue.. but DC is all about Spags/Nolan.

I don't see Smitty going to a 3-4. If he does it would REALLY surprise me.
Smiler11
Spags and Tom Clement would be my choices also. I actually like most of the names we're linked with.
revo3
Who said he is gonna run that scheme? Mularkey hired him as OC.When Clements was there:"In 2004, Mularkey left the Steelers and was hired by the Buffalo Bills to succeed Gregg Williams as the team's head coach. Mularkey started out his first campaign as Bills head coach with a record of 0–4. He rallied his team to a 9–7 record by the end of the season, however, sparked by a six-game winning streak during which the Bills scored more points than in any other similar stretch in franchise history. Overall they were 7th in the league in total offense. This has been their last winning season to date"
vel
I actually like Clements as an option more. The reason being is because he failed bad in BUF with his offense and now he gets to see what a really good playbook looks like. So now he can update it with things that work constantly. He was the one who dusted off the back shoulder throw for Rodgers to use. I don't think MM would have ever thought about even adding that to the repertoire with it being a fad now and unguardable. His is just the simple curl route.
falcon22
I like Clements, but Spags is heading to Philly. I would like Mike Nolan as a defensive coordinator or at least think he should be in the running.
falconsfreak27
Clements and Kirby smart from alabama? lmao....yeah right but even we have to admit....the way our oline played......I think alabama could've shut us out
