Steel City Falcon
With the loss of BVG and MM and adopting a more aggressive scheme the Falcons will get better.

Club212
The only thing that sucks is how long it will take the players to learn & buy into the "new" playbooks. What will be the learning curve? Plus, how many more coaches & or front office people are we going to lose?

These guys are proffesionals learn the playbook and understand it. As for the new coordinators will bring in new positional coaches that fit your system. falken
Okay.........I don't get that logic at all.You only get better if the coordinators do a better job and players perform better. That doesn't magically happen by people leaving. There is going to be a lot of pressure on the new coordinators and a big reason is that those coordinators that some of you guys were trying to run out of town set the bar pretty dang high. citsalp
It's not like we are going to blow up the whole scheme, Smitty said so in the presser. I agree with the OP this alone, changing OC and DC will benefit the team as a whole.. Blank also mentioned the shortened preseason backfired on the Falcons trying to incorporate a somewhat different offensive philosophy at the beginning of the season. Two new coordinators, a draft filled with OL, a free agent p/u there....I'm pumped! Mega Flare
How long before we subtract Sam "The Bust" Baker and "Done"-tay Robinson?
