vel
MM was dragging this offense to the dumps. HD can speak to it first hand.

Grrrillapmpn Inc.®
No one suffered more under MM than HD83.Well we all suffered pretty hard too, but HD got shafted.
UnrealfalcoN
getting rid of the off coordinator to save the team. Nothing more, nothing less.
Carl927
Mularkey was a gangrenous pinky, and you must cut it off. Sure... you can't do this anymore:But that gesture was getting old anyway.

raysnill1
Pretty easy concept to grasp huh. Unless you're MM.it was sickening watching what he did in that Saints game, knowing that that's been there all season. I was hoping to get a dash of that every week, which would roll coverage to Harry leaving either Roddy or Julio one-on-one & Tony G underneath. Harry got underused big time
Guest Negatorris
Man, I had the feeling if we had HD in the gameplan with Roddy and Julio, it would be hard to defend our offense. Mostly every touch HD got this season he has made plays. He gave us a chance to win that NO game, because the Taints couldn't touch the guy. He was breaking tackles and scoring in the MIN game, and I remember that nice catch and rnu from the DET game after Matt got his ankle destroyed by Svitek. niels petersen
It's funny, cause neither BVG nor MM was officially "cut" from the team, but just let go to other opportunities.. We all know that they probably were shown the door politely, even though Arthur hinted that we would have kept them if they weren't moving on - so I guess even the players feel like they can recover as an offense, and improve next season. No wonder the players don't alway execute, when they don't have faith in the scheme.. ol'_dirty2
What's so funny about HDs underutilization is how many people in the media were speaking about him during the preseason. They were saying how big of a year he should have and he was perfect for the slot position. Interesting that they kinda kept quiet all season as he rotted on the bench except in the rare occasion that his number was called. It's almost as if they just kept quiet out of respect for Mularkey. HouseofEuphoria
If HD decides to test the market, he's gone.We cant afford to compete for his services. He'll get a starting job/money somewhere.
paulitik
Mike Mularkey had Wes Welker in Miami, and they practically gave him away to a division rival, where he became one of the best WRs in the game. If that's not an indictment of Mularkey, I don't know what is.That's why we have to get someone who uses all of our weapons to the maximum of their ability.
