He don't use tight ends in his offense and he also needs a rb that catches out of the back field. So if u want Martz then no more tony and turner that's for sure!

That too. He traded away their top receiver , Olsen (TE), because he didn't fit into the "Martz" system. I agree that Turner would be replaced quickly.

Martz doesn't adapt his system to the players on the team. That's one of the reasons he has been bounced around so much.

Greatest show on turf?

You mean in 2003 and earlier? I don't get the obsession with coaches who were sucessful almost a decade ago. See Brian Billick. Mike Martz has been mediocre since the 2003 season, has clashed with coaches, and nearly gotten QBs killed. If you want a big time offensive coordinator, lets try one that's at least familiar with what makes modern offenses great.

He could use both. He used canidate/jackson/and ricky proehl alot. Those guys aren't on the same level as turner, and gonzo.

Martz would be awesome for this offense.

We have the intelligent QB to operate his offense, and we have the weapons, we just need 1-2 olinemen and we're set. We just need the outside tackles really.
