HC - Still believe in Smitty. But he's gotta accept the same old, same old won't do.

OC - Todd Haley - This guy is a good coordinator who was never meant to be a HC. He also is

known for churning out good WR's, he turned Dwayne Bowe around.

DC - Spagnoulo - If we get this guy, I'll gladly learn to correctly spell his name.

Secondary/Asst. Head Coach - Raheem Morris - Secondary play has been a problem, and Morris has a high energy personality that we need. He was to young and immature to be a HC but this role suits him.

Oline coach - Tony Sporano - Sporano makes a good Oline coach, and will be looking rehab his resume. We need to shore up the trenches.

Jeff Jagodzinski - Qb coach - This guy knows Ryan better than anyone, and Bratkowski is a WR guy not Qb's.

I'd keep the rest the same.

A staff of all recently fired HC's?

Spags is very unlikely. Since he was fired, the Rams still will owe him his salary for 2012... unless he coaches elsewhere. So, he would essentially be playing for free if he takes a job this year, because he would lose his HC salary and only be making OC money. He has said he may wait it out a year. Also, why would he come here over Philly. He knows Philly, and he knows if he goes there he stands a good chance of being promoted to HC when Reid retires or gets fired.

Steve Spagnuolo would be good DC cuz he has done a good job stopping the saints offense but we will have to fight off the iggles. If MM is still here then forget about a passing style offense. He got old school offense of mind. But if he is gone... i like Carence shelmon from san diego. Master of the screens and deep ball passing but he can call them but matt has to throw them too!!

Haley is already back in AZ...

DC if we can't get Spags, would be Jack, My darkhorse pick is Doug Plank! OC if MM gets another job is a tough call, Sporano may be OK, Jets have him on radar if Brian Shott gets HC job. Players PLAY for him! Any chance getting Musgrave back from Minny???? QB coach, darkhorse would be Steve DeBerg, nice guy & student of the game. As far as Assistant to HC how about calling it an ADVISOR, 1st choice Marty SHOTT(who is interviewing for HC in Tampa) or break bread with Dan Reeves, proven winners that deserve to win a Super Bowl!
