consistentfalcon
The Saints, Packers, upcoming Lions,49ers and Giants are so far ahead of the curve and advanced the Foulcons will be a mediocre team at best for the next decade . I know this is bad medicine for the fans but facts are facts. This team is pretty much to be rebuilt needing oline help and defensive pass rushers in the worst way
Trouble
Injuries can make any team sub par real fast. Ask the eagles about paper champs. Edited January 9, 2012 by danight

But believe the right coaches in here will change this thing up quick.

Get some reps on screens and find ways to slow down the passrush instead of just running straight up the middle w/ turner.

high impact
Well I look at it as things could be worse. Also I would say things are moving in the direction that they need to. Change can be good, so lets see what this new page will have written on it before we say it will be a bad story.

Not one that jumps before thinking like the Vick and Petrino case. I think an owner like Coke could set things right
Trouble
Injuries are a key but were not the foulcons problemNo we had our share this year. But look at the Lions and how many years their QB goes down. But injuries can make any super team that looks great look crappy real fast. Injuries are a factor of the game and are gonna happen. So a team that looks to have everything going great might not be but a injury away from total collapse. All im saying. We had depth that helped get us through some injuries. But we have better talent thats also not used correctly because of the scheme.

MilleniumFalcon
Alex Smith made huge improvements after Jim Harbaugh came to town in his 1st year, in this game the way it's setup now, you can make fast adjustments.

That amazing defense really allowed them to run a style where Alex didn't have to do too much with the football. They are basically a carbon copy of our offensive philosophy that GB exposed last year. Fortunately they have a way better defense which allows them to not light it up on offense and win games
FalconsFeast
I like to think of the difference change made for the 49'ers. While their roster stayed primarily the same, they hired a better HC and they were better instantly. Therefore i am forced believe the right coaching staff can get us to the promise land. jmo

Fortunately they have a way better defense which allows them to not light it up on offense and win gamesHe still had his best season of his career, he had a career QB rating of 67.28 before this season and in 2011 he put up a rating of 90.7. If no Harbaugh then he would still be a terrible QB, now he's in between average and good (huge improvement). Coaching can make a huge difference, same with Drew Brees and Sean Payton. Drew Brees turnover machine and pedestrian #'s in San Diego (career high 3500 passing yards in season with San Diego) then first year with Sean Payton he puts up 4500 passing yards.
