I give lengthy responses
I play Madden alot. Last year, before our game against Green Bay, my franchise team was scheduled to play against Green Bay at home. To avoid jinxing it, I chose not to play the game (how ironic). Now, it's the day before our playoff game against the Giants. After handing out a nice beatdown to the Saints, I saw who my next opponent was. It was the Giants, and the game is supposed to be played in New York. This is obviously a huge coincidence, but the question is should I play the game knowing what happened last year when I didnt, or should I not play to avoid jinxing it? The fate of our season is at stake.
coupey
i couldnt sleep the night before packers game last year so i turn on madden, set up 15 min quarters and watched a sim of falcons vs packers. the packers were up like 41-14 when i cut the game off, little did i know the outcome would be almost the same. i will not be simming a game of madden tonight. Ethos
Look. I don't have the silver crab if you tied up Monopoly Man. Because 20 years ago in Arkansas, we met and we ate bananas. But I didn't blow up! So instead, we just sat and sung It's A Small World After All. And while we were doing it, we killed a puppy with a gluestick that just happened to be dancing to our music. So the silver crab came and said, "I have a mystery portal, but look. You won't have me if they tied up Monopoly Man. Because 20 years ago in Arkansas, you met and you ate bananas." And so I saw you people. And here I am. Get it? You better. I have a purple orange sliced in half and I am not afraid to use it.
BlazerHarvard
If it makes you feel better, I played the Giants on Madden today (using the Falcons, of course) in New York and tapped that *** 42-7.Picked Eli off 4 times. Turner had three TDs and Julio took a WR screen to the house---after slipping a tackle---from about 95 yards out.

gcjakesta85
I played it, and we won 59-17.If only we were playing on Rookie mode Sunday and the computer players on our team were studs, then maybe it would translate to the field. I still think we will win, but a 6 year old kid can win 59-17 on easy mode.
