Faithful Falcon
Falcons Fans seem to be on different pages all of the time. Whether it's people getting offended simply because people call us terrible fans.Well, here is the fan base again. Why in the h*** are you rushing the coaching staff to win it all? It's not like we have done anything in the past. 45 years, one Super Bowl appearance, no back to back winning seasons until this regime came in. No back to back playoffs appearances until this season. I think you spoiled brats are forgetting something. After 2007, we were doomed. Nobody liked us, and nobody wanted to come to Atlanta (to play or coach). Ask all of the other NFL Teams that are in rebuilding stages about winning. They probably can't tell you. Don't give me your justice about what the coordinators are doing wrong. There have been worst defenses and offenses that have won it all. We just have to get it together as a whole. It takes times. I'm out, flame me, bite me, and go kick rocks.

Faithful Falcon
It's not as many people as you think. They just start lots and lots of threads.True. But there are some strong fans that are beginning to agree with those. Also, they can let that clown on ESPN have that "Peach Picking" thing. We've overcome things like that before. Guest Gritz
It's funny, but most of the threads this week broaching this subject matter seem to be coming from the people who are perfectly happy with things the way they are.....Been very quiet from the other side. I guess we're focusing on the huge playoff game we'e playing at 1 pm tomorrow.

Guest Gritz
....or just don't want to wake up with egg on their face. Most Group 2 folks have clearly stated repeatedly that they hope to be wrong, because that would mean the Falcons are winning.Besides, it's a football message board. No one here is curing cancer or solving world hunger. Most of us are here to share our common interest in the Falcons, share ideas about the team/organization and hopefully have a few laughs. Most posters get that concept. falken
Look no further than the recent re-signing of Tony G to find your answer on what he feels.Would he re-sign with the Falcons if he thought the team wasn't headed in the right direction? These are from yesterday. Do they look to you like TG thinks there is a problem with coaching or execution? Guest Gritz
Some posters realize the Falcons are winning. Some posters get that concept.Yeah, and if the NFL ever institutes a "regular season Lombardi" we have that sucker wrapped up.This is my last post in this thread falken. For whatever reason you have totally misread this entire Group 1-Group 2 thing......about 95% of it has been written in fun and parody. You seem to have taken it personally, as if PokerSteve and I were somehow insulting you (or the Falcons) directly. You just don't get it, which I find really strange considering how you contribute so much humor to this board with your great Photoshop posts. But I'm tired of getting in these circular war of words with you so I'm just opting out of them from now on.Go Falcons! I didn't stop when someone yelled truce because the board was still littered with threads about what coaches to hire or what coaches had to go.Gritz.....I never thought it was personal. I'm not sure what I did to make you think that but it was never my intentions.Nothing but respect for you Gritz.I did take exception to the fact I was told that I shouldn't support our staff while in the middle of a playoff run. I felt like someone was telling me to quit shooting while they reloaded their weapons. It felt personal against me.I honestly feel everyone is entitled to their opinions.....including myself.Like I said....nothing but respect for you Gritz. I admire our shared passion of the Falcons. vabchbirdlover
....or just don't want to wake up with egg on their face.SMH. You would supply the egg eh? Yes, I've been vocal in my preceived faults with this team, but doesn't mean come tommorrow, I, as well as everyone else won't be cheering our azzes off for a Falcons win! Despite what some might think, the game will be decided on the field, not on this MB.

You didn't say anything that hasn't already been beaten to death on here 42,000 times. Congratulations on being a clueless moron who just can't let sleeping dogs lie in the interest of the town, the team or even this forum. A Pimp Named Slickback™
A lot of fans IMO wouldn't sound so urgent for this staff to win if the Saints had not won. Our team have made natual progress seeing how this team was compleatly blown up. Players and Staff.....
Guest JoeSr
OP, don't take anyone (posters and admin alike) or anything (threads and posts) seriously at all. We are all spending our leisure time entertaining ourselves on a simple, petty sports message board. It's no different than people watching Fox News/CNN or their favorite sitcom.
