NateDogg1215
grimes will lock him down, im more worried about Robinson on Nicks.
tarantism
We probably won't shut anybody down on Sunday, but hopefully we will force some turnovers and keep them off the field with our short passing attack and running game.
NateDogg1215
i really hope they let matt run the no huddle more, that we can can keep them from rotating their DEs in the game. Run the ball with Turner,Snelling... screens to quizz and snelling.

mattyicefalcon
Grimes may give up some but I think he will win a lot more.it may depend actually on how much pressure we put upfront on Manning. If he's forced & flushed out. Cruz will evaporate ! Edited January 3, 2012 by mattyicefalcon
FantasyFOF
must watch vid....I can't effin believe the Jet's front office were sooo oblivious of his presence.OptimusGrime will have his hands full ALL NIGHT!What do you guys think? That was during the preseason last year... I don't think anyone knew who he was until after that game.Anyway, we won't line up Grimes on him one on one if he's in the slot in 3-4 WR formations. We more than likely will try to line him up on Cruz if they're in a 2 WR formation, at this point Cruz has warranted WR1 attention. I just hope Dunta can handle Nicks. Faithful Falcon
The Giants better worry about getting pressure on Matt Ryan. Roddy is serious enough. I think Julio will eat that secondary alive. With the coverages they play, can you say Harry Douglas? I'm sure his brother being a Knicks player will be in attendance. They have great pass rushers, and it funny. Our OL seem to play decent against great ones. Julius Peppers did well, because the OL collapsed. If we can pressure Eli, then it will be a long game for the G-Men. T.Mays
No one moves around in this defense so Cruz will be guarded by who ever is in front of him. Most likely the Giants will move Nicks over to grimes for a size advantage and move Cruz until they find the right match up.
Mega Flare
NFLN just spent 0.4 seconds talking about the Birds and 14 minutes talking about Cruz.Something tells me this won't change after we win Sunday, but I'll take the win and move on. Guest Negatorris
We can't stop him from making plays. Not with our secondary schemes. We just have to hope to slow him down, and limit the big plays. The offense needs to be on it, because with Eli and his receivers this cold become a shootout really quick. So, no advantage here. Ask Marques Colston. He even covered Jimmy Graham good in the first game. Graham made an excellent basketball post up move on the TD vs Grimes. Peyton
Victor Cruz is the biggest talent evaluation fail in the history of NFL talent evaluation.
Guest JoeSr
Maybe I'm the only one here out of umpteen hundred posters, but I hate media attention anyway. The media sensationalizes, glamourizes and glitzes. No thanks!

I give lengthy responses
It's actually Mario Manningham. It was Cruz but now he's a starter. Edited January 4, 2012 by I give lengthy responses
Peyton
Victor Cruz is one of the most incredible stories in the history of the NFL. He went from nobody to a top 5 WR in the NFL in one season. Absolutely incredible.
