wartownfalcon
Neither have the huevos to put a team away. Lacks the killer instinct to step on a teams throat. Paul Johnson gave that game away trying to just run the clock out. Unless he beats UGA and wins the ACC Championship next year I see him gone as the head coach. I would be all for it. I want a traditional offense back at GT.

He certainly doesn't lack the balls.Next year GT will have a redshirt freshman at QB that is suppose to be all that. If he's not, the heat is going to be turned up on Paul. What a disapointment this season turned into for GT after such a great start.
ol'_dirty2
They both actually think they are putting teams away. They like to keep the ball away and pound away at the other team's defense. This only works when you can actually bully the other tesm though. I think the flaw in both of their philosophies is that the same methodology works in any situation. My opinions... paulitik
Both look like they smelled something bad.
JDaveG
I'm driving the "fire Paul Johnson" bandwagon. I expect to come to my senses after a few weeks, but I'm hopping mad right now. And I agree with the initial post -- we gave that game away. Just played sissy ball the whole 4th quarter and in OT.
wartownfalcon
And there is a supposed Big Time west coast runningback that was supposed to vistit Tech this past week. He wants to start right away and see's Tech a the perfect chance. They are comparing him to Dwyer and Anthony Allen. He possesses a pro physique and breakaway speedIf PJ don't win with Vad Lee and this runningback if they sign him, I think he's gone

Do they tackle well?I'm not saying he can't or won't win with them. I'm just saying the offense ain't the only problem this team has. wartownfalcon
last time we had a decent defense was prob 98-02 or 03. Got 2 good LBs and Sweating is the only corner with a glimmer of hope
papachaz
as i GA fan, i must say i enjoyed that game last night immensely. LOL hope PJ does just good enough to hang around for several more years...in all seriousness. it did look like they went ultraconservative. even i was sitting there thinking i was watching the Falcons. the difference is the Falcons do that in the third quarter, then make a furious come back in the fourth....
