MilleniumFalcon
We need a more versatile back, I like Turner but he just doesn't have that cutting / explosion you want to see from a featured back... sure, he's big but he's going down way too easily lately. We have a lot of holes to fill though, issues with the O-line, pass rush, and Thomas Decoud.

kiwifalcon
Our Run blocking upfront to is a problem also to me the line has to establish a hole early and Turner hit the hole at speed from 7 yards deep whats happening because Turner is north south runner when he's getting to the line he doesn't have the directional quickness to cut back and as seen by his running last night once the intial hole is taken away and he is redirected and he is easy meat for the LBers.PS he misses Mughelli bigtime as a lead blocker also. His best game where he got to use that north south runover type game was against the Titans as he was able to lay the wood hitting the hole early and moving defenders at the 2nd level. Peyton
I honestly believe this to be trueRodgers, Brees, Brady.....those three are on another level.Ryan's not there yet.....but he could be later on. Brady and Brees have continued to get better in their 6th, 7th, 8th seasons and so on.No reason Matt can't do that too.
THE ICEMAN
I've been saying Turner been burnt out every game sense the Texans game and it shows the guy in wore out they've ran him intell he had nothing left. This is old news because they do this every year. Edited December 27, 2011 by joe 1982

The Monarch
Our situational play calling is atrocious at times. There was the play where it was 3rd and 1, at like the 7 yard line or something. We lined up in a heavy package, one WR, and ran a play action roll out where Ryan had absolutely no time. I ******* hate that call. I hate that every time we have 3rd and short or 4th and short, we either run it up the middle, or fake the run, leaving Ryan with few options. Put Ryan in the gun, give him options, and let him survey the field and make a quick throw and decision. Don't hamstring him by giving him only one option on a play. Aftermath
I lol'd when I saw him take 5 seconds to make a cutback. by the time he made the cut the hole he was looking for was gone.

Nice to see we got lots of practice last night watching kickoffs. The Saints actually did punt twice last night. Unfortunately, their punter/kickoff guy is just an absolute freak. One of his punts went out of bounds after going about 50 yards and the other was a 59 yard bomb that Weems called a fair catch on.

I don't know what the answer to that problem is, but it's a legitimate and consistent gripe with this offense.

I saw that and couldn't believe my eyes. It happened in the fourth quarter with falcons down big. In that situation the saints don't care if you get the first down so they send the house. We call a play action that turns matts back to defense and right into the blitz. And it was 2 yards to go. Brees the way we were running no way the falcons get it. Just a bad call at the time. Why would they do that? Because the falcons had already made the play offs and they are not that bad a team to get blown out 45-16. The last td he made was between 3 defenders .The falcon defense let the saints do anything they wanted to in that game. Also why would you give your players 3 days off from practice when you playing a div rival?

There are so many problems it's hard to even figure out what to address first, but this team is going to have to be overhauled from top to bottom before it has a chance to get anywhere in the post-season.
