synaptic apoptosis
They where not prepared mentally, physically or schematically for this game, As is the case with many games this year. We continue to see an extremely undisciplined and sloppy team in all three phases on a regular basis. what exactly are they doing in practice i wonder. They look so bad against screen passes its unbelievable. We have seen the same mistakes all year long and yet fail to correct anything from week to week. well coached teams are usually very discipline. The result on the field whether a win or a loss is horrible. He has to go.
gtjackets1729
We looked terrible against GB last year too. Maybe we play better with less time to prepare..

blahblahblah24
our coaches are satisfied. i know exactly what they do in practice. "good job, nice try, ect ect". no one gets punished for their actions. if you dont get punished and still get paid millions, why would you put effort in? Goal Line D
Lemme guess coach Smith "We're going to go back, look at the tape and get things corrected."I about as tired of that coachspeak as I was with "it's all part of the process." INDFalcon
I am fan of this ball club for the past many years. This game they really played like Falcons of yester years. I think coach Simth prepared them as Falcons players of yester years. Hope you all feel good.
DirtybyrdGA
Maybe it was too much time, like their 1st round bye last season... Edited December 27, 2011 by DirtybyrdGA
Trouble
Every chance we get to get extra prep work in our really get ready for something. Smith gives them extra time off. Do the saints look like they need extra time off? Every team has banged up players but ours "needs extra time to rest up".Its the holidays stay at home..... Ignore the fact we have played inconsistent, we have to play teams with major injury issues to key players (even then we couldn't beet the texans). This teams work week to week hoping for the best. Teams like GB and the Saints are working, living, breathing eating and pooping this for lunch to get a ring.Saints make everything they do look effortless and that comes from practice. We look like we are struggling to do anything because we don't practice. They knew they had us. They knew they could break us. They knew they played with more heart than us. It was clear from the start of the game. Now every time that Brees record gets mentioned they will shows videos of the Monday Night game where they destroyed us. You question Smitty on his ability to get the team prepared? We have had 3 successful back to back to back winning seasons. Stop over reacting. Smith had 10 days. They knew the personnel of NO and knew what to expect. Yet the NFL commentators were able to easily identify our style of play and the weaknesses. The question is what will Smith do or will he do anything?

In all honestly, I'd probably jump for joy if someone--ANYONE--in this organization would display some emotion just once.
