So, I Will Ask This Question Again.......

Recommended Posts

Scenario #1 - "The UNREAL regular season with the Post Season Meltdown"

Split with the Saints, go 13 - 3, get the #1 seed and get beat after the bye by the GB Packers at home.

Scenario #2 - "The DISAPPOINTING regular season with post season HEROICS.

Get swept and embarrassed by the Saints, get the #6 seed, but beat them when it counts in the first round.

Well....lets hear it!

Not really a fair question ... the first one is in the books; the second looks decidedly unrealistic.

But, what the h*ll, I still vote #2. I would love nothing more than marching back into the Superdome and getting the first play-off win of this regime.

All coaches/coordinators and players better be ready to play the game of their lives if that's gonna happen.

What have you been smoking? After last night's performance you really think we have the personnel to beat the Saints? LMAOROFL!!!

The Saints played a good game and were made to look better by our pitiful performance.

The Saints did us a favor by exposing our flaws and now we will see whether we have the management team who will go out and fix these flaws or will as usual sit on their hands and say all is good.

We knew from the preseason what were the issues and no one did anything about them.

This is what separates good teams from the the great ones.

You probably would've been laughing at the same thought last year if someone said the Jets will go back and beat the Pats, huh? wink.png

It was all I could do to finish watching the game last night. This is a pattern that goes back to the Monday night last season. We can't step up to the challenge and perform in the big games against the better competition. It is what it is...It's happening far too often to be a chance occurrence. I can't even post a prognosis for this team with this latest failure still stinging so much. I really expected more...at least a good game and coming up short at the end.

But to answer the original question...c'mon dude...postseason success no question. I just don't see what we showed that would suggest that a win in the post season is on the radar at this point.
