Wow Matt Stafford And The Lions Are Exciting!

Stafford is that dude. I've always thought he would be good but thought that the Detroit line would ruin his career like Joey Harrington. As long as they can keep him up right he will rip defenses apart.

It's also funny how some here complain about the line not giving Ryan time yet Stafford has a very bad line and still is able to hit Calvin down field. I hate the excuses and it needs to stop.

Excuses. Ryan himself threw a 40 yard (or so) td last year in the browns game with less than 3 seconds to throw. The line isnt the problem. Of course it could be better but Matty Melt needs to grow a pair and start chunking the ball. Unless the falcons are happy with 13-3 seasons ending in embarrassing playoff blowouts at home.

I hate saying it but, I TOLD YOU SO. Houston wasn't the problem here. LOL the front office is running out of time under the "genius" tag.

I knew it too, phalcon phil; but, I defended him at my own peril.

Man, Stafford's got that killer instinct!

4th down and goal, and they pass for a TD to Calvin Johnson. 10/10 times we'd run the ball.

Thats why this team will never win a super bowl unless

a) we get a qb capable of succeeding in this horrible offensive scheme

or

b ) we get an offensive scheme that actually takes advantage of Ryans skills instead of magnifying his flaws.

Watching him at UGA he was gunslinger. Has a heck of an arm and seems to be healthy. When I saw our schedule this year and noticed we were playing the Lions in Detroit I knew it was going to be a tough game. The way our offensive line played last game, I just hope Matt gets out of Detroit with his head attached to his shoulders.

Fairley and Suh are going to be ruthless. They are both some what dirty players when it comes to hitting the QB and driving them to the ground.

Hopefully by that time Mularkey has figured out we need to find a game plan with a lot of screen passes and quick routes.
