Who Will Cover/stop Desean Jackson On Sunday Night?

desean jackson isn't going to like having to fight with d rob all night, my signature shows u why. He will make mental mistakes bc he doesn't want d rob doin that to him again

Kolb set him up for the kill shot on that play lobbing it up there like that. I don't think he's worried about that though with all those crazy plays he's made last year. Dunta better think about not getting shook out of his nikes again and not getting beat deep.

im talkin about just tacklin the man like that, if u don't rattle that lil ******* he'll run all over you

The fact is he doesn't take many hits during the game, he'll run out of bounds, duck down, or run into the back of the endzone. He's a small guy, he's not going to give people the angle to hit him straight up..I don't know if you've ever tried tackling somebody faster than you but once you breakdown you lose a lot of momentum, I'm just saying from my perspective watching every game he's ever played I remember him taking 2 big hits and the rest..not so much because of how well he puts himself in positions not to get crushed.

we will be playing one of the softest zones this game then we will all year.. .i think our safeties will be playing 15-17yds deep in cover two to make sure nothing gets over the top. no man, BVG feels noone can keep up with jackson nor maclin which can run to... but this could be a good thing, if we can make them go 10-12 plays i dnt think they can do it...

On non-blitz throws, when the Rams rushed three or four defenders, Vick went 9-for-19 for 130 yards (6.84 YPA) and a touchdown. That translated to a QB rating of 87.6. He made several good, patient, accurate throws from the pocket. The 11-yard slant to Jackson required good timing and perfect placement, both of which Vick executed. You have to attack him, you cannot sit back and let DeSean and the rest of the receiving corp's routes develop.

yeah i tried the big hit once on a small lil shifty guy once and missed, looked just like when u miss using the hit stick on madden lol but i was able to stretch out and horse collar him down, (no flag-semi pros the refs are more worried about big fights breaking out and every one killing each other)

Exactly, when your trying to tackle a speed guy your initial thought might be to crush him but then when you get down to it your just trying to grab on to anything..if your lucky. Jackson and the Eagles staff does a great job of protecting him in the passing game.

our front 4 gave cutler problems.. the problem was miss tackles and miscommunication not pressure... we sacked him 5 times, and the eagles line is just as suspect, but i do agree we should come after him, but i dnt feel comfortable leaving so few ppl in coverage with likes of jackson maclin and smith...

Mccoy> Back than Turner. He is not only a good recieving Rb, but he is great in open field

Exactly my point. Smaller, quicker, better receiver, good in space. That's exactly the kind of back a safety would/should match up better against than a LB. Turner is a big, stout, tough bruiser who could run through most safeties. That's why I wouldn't try using a 3rd safety to run the LB spot on a Tampa 2 against him. McCoy though...I'd try it. Especially for a team as fast as the Eagles. 3rd safety better option for McCoy, Vick, and DeSean over the standard MLB.
