Dharma Initiative
The Giants were the first team to show how to beat the Eagles. Just send a 5th guy on every play. Now assuming Hayden is ready to start that gives us a couple of options. We can have Hayden start at SS and let Decoud be in to chase after the QB. Or move Decoud back to FS where he was actually good, put Hayden at SS, and let William Moore use his speed to rush the passer. The key is for Hayden to be ready
Philadelphia76
Well, they didn't actually beat them, but they definitively slowed him down in the second meeting until the fourth quarter where he just dominated the game. The Giants personal is a lot different as well, their ends did a tremendous in getting up the field and containing Vick but not too far upfield either. The Eagles need to do a better job of blitz recognition, and they are starting to adjust. For the first time since the andy reid era the quarterback has hot routes ( I know, it's crazy it took this long) and Vick has 1000x more responsibility in pre call protections. On the plays where Vick was sacked by Mikell from the outside, McCoy just completely missed his assignment, on the other one Avant blocked down on the end instead of chipping the blitzing safety. But I agree, your best bet is to get after the quarterback..but that goes for any qb in the league, you have to get in his face and make him feel uncomfortable.
