falcndave
I think our OL looked good on the run, and will be better vs. the pass when the center returns. I think our DBs will look better in a few weeks as we work Haden and Sanders in. I liked the push we were getting from our DL even though the production wasn't what I was looking for.The one long term concern i have for this season is special teams.1) Our punter/kicker has consistently not been able to get touchbacks. I don't see his leg strenght suddenly improving.2) Our kick and punt coverage has not impressed me at all.3) The whole flow of field position in game one was very different than we have become accustomed to around here. Other concerns I can see getting better as mentioned above. I don't have any faith at all our punter/kicker is going to get a stronger leg. If he can't kick them deep, you have to force fair catches. I don't see that happening often enough.4) The exception. Our FG kicker is money and Weems is still special on returns.
FalconsfanDK
this is my main concern too... leg strength doesn't improve from game to game.but other than that i think we'll be fine
