I'm certain somebody must have a short list just in case. The "amateur" stuff works well in college. As I have said before, it's not as much about systems, formations, or schemes as it's about having your team prepared, using their strengths, and putting them in the best position to succeed. FlyHighFalcons
Mike Leach (former Texas Tech), Chris Peterson (Boise State) (won't happen during the year but maybe after), KC Keeler (Delaware).

theDIRTYcode
In my mind, Peterson is the dream coach *get*. His teams are ALWAYs prepared to play, and he does more with less than just about anybody. His system would work in the SEC too. The best possible scenario this season is they drop a game they shouldn't and get left out again. Throw 4 million+ at him to bring him to Athens. scottp12
1.) Dan Mullen - Should take if offered2.) Kirby Smart - Should take if offered3.) Skip Holtz - Will take if offered4.) Gus Malzahn - Should take if offered5.) Mike Leach - I honestly am not sure about this one6.) Chris Peterson - Supposedly he is 100% solid to BSU, but I would offer him and offer him BIG just to make positive. He is the very first person on my call list if I am ADGM.7.) Patterson - Some like the TCU coach a lot. I think he is a pretty good candidate

That would turn the tides in Athens, the SEC, and the nation. Those boys would be ready to play solid, fundamential ball every single game. I think he will go somewhere and he is blowing smoke. Money talks and he can find a new school for his kid
