FalconFanSince1970
I think it's possible we could be missing Peters, McClure and even Dunta in game one.Kinda scary. Injuries happen. On all teams. We just need our main guys to be healthy (Ryan, Roddy, Turner, Abe etc).

It will leave a bunch of people here crying for explosiveness but I will take a win over a highlight reel any day.
Guest Gritz
I don't know about the rest but Dunta said that he was definitely going to be ready for Chicago when he was interviewed on the sideline during the Steelers game.
slamee101
I'm on record with my guess that we won't see Peters for a while. I think there's a good chance we go the first quarter of the season without him. I mean, the reports were that he was carted off the field. Regardless of how much our staff loves to keep this stuff guarded that's hardly the sign of a minor injury. Think back to Spoon last year taking a cart off the field and Smitty saying it was a "sprain". Maybe it was but he missed more time than I think most folks anticipated. I expect the same here. ECW
Thanks guys. I kind of figured Peters wasn't going to play was just hoping he was laying low and getting his Wes Welker recovery on lol. I think Jerry is going to take his job anyway. Hope Dunta is healthy when he comes back and plays like he did against Miami in the first preseason game. Not particularly proud of that.

Tribal Chief
Dunta better be ready for game 1. It's gonna be a freakin track and field event out there with or without him. I like our chances a little better with him
JRid
Speaking of Corey Peters, did anybody ever see that documentary with him in it? I've been wanting to check it out and haven't heard anything about it from someone who saw it. Does anybody know how I can see it? Thanks.I really hope he is ready for game one, but as most people know there is noway to tell with Falcons injuries. I think Vance Walker is ready to step up if Peters is out.
