sdogg
This is great team to face in the 3rd preseason(closest to an actual game). Really looking forward to seeing if we can contain a mobile QB. Its been a huge weakness. Aslo, to see if we can run vs a good run def.

SeveredSavior
My guess would be, 1) DRob 2) grimes 3) franks 4) owens 5) Walls.Though I hope walls and owens either split time to keeep both fresher, (possibly less mistakes) or bring in vet help early. Or owens just goes away with a quiet boom to his crack..

Radical
Neither has Grimes. The CB to the right of the quarterback is ALWAYS considered the #1 CB. That's where the #1 WR lines up the majority of the time and that's where the ball goes most of the time. The LCB is the #1 CB, and that's where Grimes lines up. AngryBird1997
Owens is already on the chopping blocks or to ridin the pine.....If he doesn't play Saturday, he's in trouble. Edited August 24, 2011 by FALCONFAN1997
Peyton
Neither has Grimes.Team's best CBs typically play LCB, because that is where QBs like to throw. I think that is what he is referring to.

theProf
Team's best CBs typically play LCB, because that is where QBs like to throw. I think that is what he is referring to.When Robinson was signed last season, the Falcons wanted to keep Grimes at RCB and let Robinson play LCB. However during preseason last season, Dunta asked to be moved back to RCB, the position he was most familiar playing in the past. The Falcons obliged Robinson's request, and he was moved to RCB and Grimes to LCB before the first regular season game last year.
BoomGoesTheDynamite
I wonder how long it will take for OUR Ray-Ray to gel with our defense?Plus I want to see how edwards play, but I hope he doesn't stay in there too long. Save it for the regular season. But I am excited!!!!

Given the play making ability Grimes displays on the ball, I think he probably deserves #1 billing.

Walls has been a tremendous pick up and I think he will just continue to progress. With some polish he could be one heck of a nickel CB with his size, speed, and playmaking awareness.
