Thought of a nickname for our Offense

Recommended Posts

What do you mean horrible ???

Marta runs all over Atlanta 24/7 almost ... I know in 2008 teammates called Turner "Marta"

With our soon to be explosive passing game I thought "Delta" would be a great fit.

We could even keep track of how many "SkyMiles" Matty Ice has passed for through out the season.

*Past Delta Slogans*

-None Faster—None Finer—To and Through the South (1948)

-DELTA the airline with the BIG JETS (1959)

-DELTA Best Thing That Ever Happened to Air Travel (ca. 1966-1968)

-Delta Is Ready When You Are (1968-Dec 1984)

- “We Love to Fly and it Shows.” (Sep 1987)

-Ready When You Are (ca. 1992)

-You'll Love the Way We Fly (1994)

-On Top of the World (1997)

-Good goes around (Jan 2005)

Plus they are both Atlanta Originals ... Too bad the Falcons and AirTran united on a marketing campaign ... Delta could be a better marketing choice for them both ... Oh well.

**** tough crowd. I can't say the idea stuck with me, but I fixed the neg. It wasn't a bad effort just seemed a little incomplete, especially with DELTA. I can't hammer you for trying though.

Oh and Big A, no one with common sense will ever give a flying **** what you think or say. Your wasting your life here baby girl.

Makes it even funnier to me that you also edited it and still left it wrong.

And "those shoes" are two separate words... You corrected a mistake and added one as well, making you just as wrong as the OP.... Sorry, chap... :(

He's a Saim't Fan(how he spelled it in another thread). You can't expect much from the genetically challenged. He's inbred and his sister is the hottest date he's had in years. Consider the source.

Can't say that I like this idea too much. Marta is an eastern european girls name isn't it? I had a Marta in my class in highschool and she wasn't even hot, so that name wouldn't sit too well with me

 In fact, you are correct...

It is a Hebrew name (I forget precisely what it translates to, but I believe it just means "woman") often given to Jewish girls in former Eastern Bloc areas of Europe... Spot on!

Yeah... I gathered as much from his previous nuggets....

When a very limited gene pool is isolated in an extremely remote swamp region for three centuries, the offspring do not produce the most desired genetic results... This knuckle draggin' product of a minimal variety of "gene pool skimmings" is a fine example of the degradation which occurs over many centuries of backwater inbreeding. BLEAUX SAINTS!
