I pizzes me off when boosters use their money to bully thier way into the program of a university. But it really grinds my gears when they decide to hurt anyone they can when they have gotten caught doing something wrong. What a tiny little man this guy has shown himself to be. I would say he should be ashamed, but I feel certain the man has no shame.

Nothing new to anyone that follows Miami football. I heard about something last year. And was wondering when it will come out. I feel bad for Golden. Now he has to deal with this. And you know the NCAA will come down hard on Miami if found guilty.

yep there are a few programs the ncaa we know will come down hard on (see miami and bama) and not do anything to (see ohio state).

Only things that could possibly work in Miami favor is that he has no paper trail and the 4 year statue of limitations. Randy hated this guy. Would never let him get too close like Coker did. I'm expecting some type of punishment to be honest

we will see man.. i do agree it's not fair to golden..

Doesn't all of this fall out with the statute of limitations? The evidence is there, even if it's pretty screwed up for someone who loves the school so much to make such an attempt to destroy it... if the NCAA could legally still do something, man oh man would the punishment be ridiculous.

the article states that under some circumstances - like this one - the NCAA doesn't have to worry about the 4 year statute of limitations, which means everything is fair game

So there's a back door to the statute of limitations then.... that is such a very NCAA thing to do.
