Big Bubba
randywattson charles johnson So I read a article where the DE from the giants talking shiit cause I got paid. He need to keep my name out his mouth and focus on football Ol Osi. He should be focused on football! Why make his teams life a living h3ll, just because he doesn't agree with a contract that he signed? He should be like almost every other player. Just playing around on twitter, in between workouts and practices, not trying to split his team apart with rants of "More money".

Big Bubba
thats is so easy for CJ to say not trying to split his team apart with rants of "More money".lmaoToo Funnyyeah.. I don't think CJ would go and do an interview, complaining about someone else getting paid more money. Just like Beason, Dwill, never complained about making pennies compared to other LBers and RBs. http://www.nytimes.com/2011/08/02/sports/football/giants-sign-ahmad-bradshaw-but-remain-in-standoff-with-osi-umenyiora.html?_r=1How does a guy who had one good year (no disrespect to Charles Johnson) sign a deal and make more than both me and Tuck combined?” Umenyiora wrote, referring to his teammate Justin Tuck. “It’s not right. You can agree with the principal of what he said, but, only a chump calls another player out for making more money than him. Carolina is the one that offered the contract up. It wasn't CJ being a d1ck until he "got paid".
FlyHighFalcons
Osi is absolutely right and CJ has no right to open his mouth about a veteran like Osi that would absolutely rip him apart. CJ is still unproven (one year doesn't mean anything). He got his money so of course he's happy now. Osi wasn't insulting CJ at all, CJ needs to stop being a whiny little *****. Big Bubba
Osi came into the league in 2003.. he had one good year in 3 years. In '05, he got a huge extension, 6 years, $41m with $15m guaranteed.. one of the highest "Guaranteed" for a DE back then. He was looked down upon for making so much money, for just having one good year. He complained until he got that extension also.Since his huge contract, he has either been below average or injured in 3 of those years, only had double digit sacks in two of those 5 years. He hasn't even earned his original '05 contract yet and he wants yet another huge extension.CJ is right, Osi needs to mind his own business. Keep CJ and any other player out of it. Unless he a hypocrite, since he was once in CJs place, in '05.

Panther Pride
Just adds more fuel to the fire, for CJ to go out there and perform.
calidawg
Hopefully for the panthers he can live up to that monster contract...He will...I dont see how CJ is in the wrong here. Some old whiny vet is upset w/ his situation and mad cause he doesnt command top dollar. It feels like when Ice T told soulja boy to eat a ****... Osi needs to stay focused on his situation and maybe he'll get what he wants.
Big Bubba
Pretend I'm a saints fan for a minute, but Osi has a Lombardi and CJ is far removed from that! Osi is also far removed from a massive contract.
Big Bubba
im not agreeing with OSI but i also dont think he meant it as a bad thing for CJ.CJ has trhe right ot say what he wantsI know, He wasn't trying to be insulting. He just meant it as a way to get leverage or try to (in his mind), by saying "look, guys with less years than me are getting much bigger contracts". That would be solid, had he not been begging for a contract extension this entire offseason, and at the end of last season. So it's not like CJ's deal sparked his interest to get an extension or to feel undervalued. He was feeling that way for a while.
