Dem Birds
Yeah saw that!I think Bosher may be light years better ($$$)Better deal maybe, I thought Koenen was the best punter in the league before his tragic death a few minutes ago.

Considering we aren't going to be punting. And stop saying we.

atljbo
Wow! 7-9 here we come. We looked right over our Special Teams play because they didn't do anything bad.actually Michael Koenen had a down year... He ranked as one of the worst punters last year... Thats why we drafted a Punter... We resigned our Kicker
JBeattz
True though, he was awesome. I look forward to seeing what Bosher can do since the FO is confident enough to let him take over.

Just look at what rookie Dodge did for the Giants and tell me does an aspiring Superbowl team want something like that to happen?

We looked right over our Special Teams play because they didn't do anything bad.I challenge you to find anything - a stat he led in, a game winning punt, pro bowl, spec team player of the week award, top 10 punter ranking, etc. - that shows he was really that great. Mr. Right
If you allow that kind of comeback in the 4th quarter, it wasn't just the punters fault.Doesn't matter. How hard is it to punt out of bounds? Not hard unless you are a rookie. What happened before shouldn't have any effect on what's happening now...unless you are a rookie.A veteran would have kicked it out of bounds. Given how our defense loves to give up yards, a 20 yard punt translates to a TD for the other team. It's one of those things you don't appreciate until the opposite happens. shaudyshaudback
lol @ people bashing him asking why did he sign with the Bucs. Unless he grew up a Falcons fan why would he say I should sign with a team outside the division.Like he told the Falcons management not to re-sign him

jlrfalcon
Vengeance? Koenen wants to play the Falcons 12 times (6 seasons x 2 games) to show he can punt 100 yards?
Daddy's Home
Wow! 7-9 here we come. We looked right over our Special Teams play because they didn't do anything bad.We must be the laughing stock of the league right now.I'm sure people around the league wanted to laugh on draft night but the move was so stupid they figured, understandably, that hey, "this guy must know something we don't". Well, he does know something we don't folks. TD knows he does not know what in the world he is doing. Let me make sure I got this right... you just let a division rival walk in to your backyard and cherry pick the most valuable asset of and important unit on your team.I am telling you folks...Something is going on...!The truth will come out.Every other team in this division is showing how much homework they were doing during the lockout and we do cartwheels and back flips when the team resigns Nicholas who was not even our starting linebacker last year.Something smells in Flowery Branch folks.Tell the truth folks...Just tell the truth.
