FlyHighFalcons
Jason Laconfora just tweeted.
FlyHighFalcons
I've said all along that if he doesn't stay here, I want him to go to Buffalo (home town team) because they need to build a better offensive line. Still want him here, we have nobody to replace him.
stumpjumper
well, I really didn't think he was that popular...but apparently so.
FlyHighFalcons
Also said that the Seahawks are after Gallery and Clabo but will only sign one (expect it to be Gallery).
Del-Falcon21
out of all of those teams you would think he will resign with us lol
Northern_Falcon
He then tweeted "But I'm told the Seahawks would not be planning to sign both Clabo and Gallery." [via Twitter] Edited July 27, 2011 by Bhall
Jp7833
Well if I was Clabo I would choose to stay in Atlanta.Despite the obvious pay increase, why the **** would anyone want to play in Buffalo where is snows constantly, or in Seattle where it rains constantly.Oh, and both those teams suck. This is good news if thats our only competition for him. stumpjumper
out of all of those teams you would think he will resign with us lolYeah, for real...we got the best chance of the 3 to go deep in the postseason I think

stumpjumper
seriously... why go to buffalo or seattle? The same reason CJ resigned with Carolina. Big money!
slamee101
Well, I think Buffalo would have to dazzle him with their offer b/c nobody wants to be there over Atlanta. It's Buffalo (no offense, just saying), he'd eat great wings...but that's about it.Seattle is a nice place, Carroll seems to have people buying in to what he's building. Hopefully they just take Gallery.

Butudontseeme™
The same reason CJ resigned with Carolina. Big money! This. He is almost 30 and probably looking for the last contract of his career. If the money is competitive he will stay here. If one of the other teams breaks he will probably go. Also depends on how competitive he thinks the teams will be respectively
atljbo
yea.. Tyson Clabo was on the radio this morning.. He sounded kind of frustrated... It sound like the Falcons are waiting to see whats the market for him before they offere him a contract... Clabo said other teams has sent in offers... Clabo said the Falcons are telling him they want him back but they are sitting backa dn watching

stumpjumper
which might be ok, if he walks maybe we can go after a bigname FAI think we could, and TD seemed to have stocked us up on big body Olinemen the past few drafts, seemingly just for this possiblity. g-dawg
I think Clabo and his agent want to leverage FAlcons with a deal from one of those other teams.I cannot imagine Clabo wants to leave ATL for either of those franchises if the money is at least close. It's my hope that we keep Dahl over Blalock but both of those guys might be gone. I do think this is just a part of the process though and I expect Clabo to be back with us this season.
