i wonder if michael jenkins gets cut? .. i would like if they keep him but we are loaded at wide reciever for once. is HD83 in the plans or not?

most likely he will get cut, when you invest in a top pick theres a reason for that... even tho we can keep more players it doesnt make sense the money he is making and he wnt be our #2... we wnt pay a guy that much to sit...

There r alot of people who are hung-up on giving up on HD83 I for one would rather keep him than MJ12. MJ12 is a first rounder who was overrated its time to cut ties IMO. HD83 will improve being that it usually takes about two years too fully recover from the type of injury he had. Either way both r decent number three's.

MJ12 hasn't been a bad receiver for us the last couple of years. He would be an awesome #3 receiver. I honestly think we should keep him at least 1 more year, if something happens to Roddy or Julio it'd be nice to keep MJ on the roster.

restructured most likely. Too many question marks with HD83. No real experienced depth at the position on the roster if he leaves. Regardless of the talent JJ is going to take some amount of time to get adjusted to the NFL game and we may be better off easing him in over the course of the 1st month of the season rather than just throwing him in without having the OTAs to let him work his way in.

I see MJ12 moving into the role Finneran had here. Experienced depth who was the ultimate team guy. We may see MJ12 on kickoff returns like Finn was & also defending hail mary passes like Finn did on occasion.

IMO we should keep him. dude has not been as bad as people make him out to be. dude could have broken the 800 yard mark last year if he was with us from the beginning and was not injured. I wouldnt be surprised if he broke the 800yrd mark this year with julio on his tail.

The five I said is really enough. Then keep 4 RB's Turner, Rodgers, Devine, and Johnson

maybe but two of those guys have little experience and meier and douglas are coming off injuries. we need jenkins, since he is the only one we know what we get, and he is not as bad as people make him out to be, plus his cap hit is like 3.5mil this year. not backbreaking at all.

Wouldn't mind at all keeping Jenkins. My real odd man out scenario include Douglas. I was just showing what it would look like.

I have a RB agenda anyways.

Julio Jones has missed every OTA that most rookie WR's get and still sometimes struggle to produce and you guys want to give up our most tenured WR? We can't afford to release Jenkins, in my opinion. We need depth and we need insurance. Meier is coming off an ACL injury, we saw the affect it had on Douglas last year, who we also don't have a 100% certainty that he will produce like we expected after his rookie season. Weems has produced when given opportunity but how likely is he to step up in the event that someone gets hurt or Julio isn't prepared to produce immediately?

I personally don't see Jenkins as expendable.

IMO, its him or kerry. we know jenkins gives up a guy that is going to get 500-700yards, but imo he could do more. Kerry, we do not know anything other than practice. HD is still recovering from his injury a couple years back and still has not recovered like we want.

I think it is gonna end up being

White

Julio

Jenkins

Weems(st)

I agree with this....I think Jenks can be a good 4th option.

Man. If I see your name on a thread I have posted on I can be certain you're gonna dig at me. Its starting to get a bit annoying too because you only read like one post and then reply. That's not what I said or alluded to. READ THREAD, then respond.

Thank you!

Between the two I'm torn. Mostly because those leg injuries really can be irksome in the future. Maybe actually look for another young vet or something? Maybe dig in the UDFA pile? Who knows man.
