slamee101
What on Earth would make anyone think this would be a good idea or that he'd be a better option than any of the DEs we currently have on roster???
birdz4i
bring him in on an incentive based low pay deal, at least for training camp. he didn t fit the 3-4. he might be better suited in the 4-3 end.

Izo#2883
I would rather keep Anderson, than take a chance on Gholston. What season is Anderson about to.enter? On a sidenote, if the staff chooses to go with our in-house O-linemen, they will face trial by fire. Suh is gonna be a handfull. Would love the matchup though: Valdez or Reynolds Love it.
JRid
The thing with Gholston is that he is an unknown. We need a DE who will make an impact. What if we signed Gholston and cut Chauncey or Anderson and Gholston sucked? I can't say for sure that Gholston will be a bust in a 4-3 or not. He might turn it around and be great, but the Falcons can't really take that chance. If we were in a different position I wouldn't mind taking a chance on him, but not in the position we are in. Sign Charles Johnson please please please.
Knight of God
Why would you be scared of Gholston? He's shown nothing in the NFLIf you take the other three on that line and have Gholston...he will probably do a Ray Edwards. I wouldn't want to be the team that a do nothing DE makes his career turn around on.
