I did not see where you said Falcons WR until after I answerd the poll. It only mentions it in one part at its written in white inck over light, light grey......making it easy to over look.

That would have been a really easy question for any Falcons fan who the read the question correctly. The passing game sucked in the Vick years. We all know that.

I don't get the Southern Culture reference thoug.

We like to run the ball in the south...

I think it has a bit more with Ookie than "southern culture." Enter the decade terrible on offense, Ookie wasn't much of a passing threat, our once good WRs were old, Jenkins was a bust, Roddy took a few years to get his act straight, and we didn't get a good QB until 08. That will do it.

After he left we still run the ball a lot and still considered a run first around the league so whats your point?

Have you been to a HS football game? The culture could be shifting a little now. Let's just say it's Southern Culture to line up and establish a running game.

A lot of teams run the triple option but the past few years it's starting to move to the spread. Flowery Branch started as a Wing-T offense and then turned to the spread when Conner Shaw came in.

I know...players, scouting and gameplans are shifting. Now that I think about it...in the real old days...the AFL started the whole "passing" philosophy. The NFC...primarily ran the ball.

And Where did the question LIMIT WRs to just Falcons?????????

I was thinking you meant the NFL

same here, otherwise I would've guessed two.

Its sad how we've never had any viable recievers since mathis was gone and until roddy came around. Alge was aight but he was a TE.

You were talking about the last 10 years in the NFL, not high school football games.

Not 10 years exactly, but close enough.

The Poll is about the length of time from a Falcons WR managing a 1000 yard season to the next. The choices represents the number of WRs not years. I'm still not sure we're on the same page though.
